Extremely rare, seldom to never cases. The attending physician should make every attempt to save both the child's and the mother's lives.
What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers in the Constitution?
Man's fallen nature as a result of sin. It was important to recognize that there is a Creator who has given to all men inalienable rights, among which include life, liberty and property (pursuit of happiness). Government is instituted to protect these rights and was separated to limit their power by the consent of the governed. Separate branches were modeled after Isaiah 33:22, "The LORD is our judge (judicial), the LORD is our lawgiver (legislative), and the LORD is our king (executive).
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I believe in God the Father Almighty, Creator of Heaven and earth, and in Jesus Christ, His only Son, our LORD. Who was conceived by the Holy Ghost, born of the virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, dead and buried. He descended into Hell. On the third day He rose again! He ascended into Heaven and is seated at the right hand of God the Father, Almighty. From thence He shall come to judge the quick and the dead. I believe in the Holy Ghost, the Holy Catholic Church, the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body, and life everlasting. Amen.

What is the best way to bring down unemployment?
Lower taxes, remove unnecessary regulations, remove/reduce unnecessary business licensing requirements.
How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?
Abolish Obamacare. Allow health insurance companies to sell across state lines. Remove certificate of need requirements.
What role should government play in boosting the economy?
Only to do what is within its role of limited, enumerated powers. Enforce the rule of law under contracts, and allow for the flourishing of free market capitalism.

Graduate of the US Air Force Academy, Bachelor of Science. 1980 Graduate of University of West Florida, MBA. 1988 Honorary Doctorate form Pensacola Christian College. 2015 Ten years active duty US Air Force. 1980-1990 Selected as Company Grade Officer of the Year, Eglin AFB FL. 1988 State Farm Insurance Agent and field leadership team for 28 years. 1990 - Present. Prior service in the Florida State House, 2013-2016.

When elected, we will take these personality traits with us: personal sacrifice, self discipline, and acceptance of responsibility. Character matters. I say "we" and "us" because I do not go into office to serve myself, instead the people go with me as I serve them. We are in a battle for the soul of this nation. Freedom of religion, freedom of speech, the right to keep and bear arms are under attack. I will be that warrior that will run towards the roar, stand in the gap, and protect and defend our Constitution, so help me God!
