What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers in the Constitution?
The Founders knew that over time, Governments drifted toward tyranny. The separation of powers, and clearly defined powers delegated to each branch by the people would ensure the "people's" freedom, as well as individual liberty.
Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
I constantly struggle over this issue. In order to save the life of the mother an exception should be made. Perhaps also for rape and incest.
