15. What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers within the Constitution?

Greed, fear, and lust for power.

16. Briefly list three (3) political or legislative issues of most concern to you, and explain why each is important to you.

Federal govt overreaches in all areas. Our rights and liberties are under constant attack. It is the Constitution and Bill of Rights that keep us free as a people and united as a Nation. Weakening of our military. We spend untold tax dollars on things which are not Constitutionally justified, where protection of the Nation (military) is actually one of the things the Federal govt is supposed to do. We must remain a military superpower, not for offense, but for defense. War on Drugs. Has been a costly, miserable failure. We've spent probably a trillion over the last 40+ years ... with no improvement other than having incarcerated more of our citizens and ruined countless lives. Substance abuse and addition are medical problems NOT criminal problems.

17. Should abortion be allowed under extenuating circumstances? If so, what circumstances?

Abortion is not a Federal issue. If anything, it's a state issue. And, more importantly, it's an issue between patients and physicians, and no one else.

18. Based on the Declaration of Independence and the U.S. Constitution, please arrange the following entities, starting with the highest source of authority, and continue the list in descending order of authority, skipping any that do not apply: Academia, Congress, Constitution, God, Industry, Media, Professional Sports, Supreme Court, Voters.

Voters, Constitution, Congress, Supreme Court

19. Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

We've barely moved out of caves. In general, the masses have zero conception of "our creator" and our interactions and knowledge of it have been tainted by those who have tried to interpret their own spiritual experiences. We are responsible for creating Heaven on Earth, and the creator doesn't choose sides, doesn't reward good or bad behavior, and serves to inspire us. All organized religions are a blot on mankind, and only enslave us. Peace, kindness, charity, love ... aren't in the creator's repretoire, they're human creations to be embraced and practiced.
