I believe that in life or death situations and possibly rape. However, this is a 10th Amendment Issue. The Constitution does not authorize the Federal Government this decision making power.

I am a Constitutional Conservative. The Federal Government has only the powers delegated to it from the States and the State Citizens listed in the Constitution.

Q #4: 1. First and foremost, the United States Government must not fund our enemies as they did in 2014 funding the Syrian Rebels (ISIS). 2. I am very concerned with our economic situation. If we go into another war, the dollar may collapse entirely. 3. We need to secure our borders and end NAFTA which includes free trade of labor. Q #6: The Bill of Rights does not require any act of Congress for protection. Q #13: The question is wrong. The United State is a Constitutional Republic. Nowhere in the Constitution, Declaration or Bill of Right do we even find the world Democracy. This was intentional by the founders. Democracies are temporary governments which always lead to an oligarchy. Q #17: I believe that marriage is between a man and a woman. Which government? Local, State, Federal. .
