Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
With compassionate counseling and support almost all abortions can be eliminated. That is the goal. Sonograms should be required and parents involved in helping their daughters. No innocent baby should be aborted. In the very rare circumstance where the life of the mother is threatened we should always try to save both lives and with medical advancements that's very possible.

At this time Social Security is unsustainable. We have a commitment to those who have paid into Social Security, but we must encourage young people to invest in private retirement accounts to secure their future.
What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?
The federal government operates far outside the limits of Constitutional spending. For instances the federal government has no constitutional authority to be involved in education and they shouldn't be. I would cut all unconstitutional spending. The Congress should resume its power over money, audit and then eliminate the private Federal Reserve Bank. That would do much to balance the budget because the Fed charges us interest on all the money they have printed.
Under what circumstances should taxpayers help pay off existing student loans?
Universities and colleges that have encouraged and benefited from student debt should have some responsibility for the debt they have created. Student loans have caused the cost of a college education to skyrocket. Taxpayers should not be liable for student debt. The government should require the elimination of interest on the student loans.

Governments should not discriminate against individuals, organizations or small businesses because of their belief that marriage is only a union of one man and one woman.

Government interference has caused our health care and insurance costs to become unaffordable. Health care choices are limited because Big Pharma wants to keep us in the pill game. We need private health insurance which allows us to choose whatever health care is best for us and our families including alternative and natural health care. Health Savings Accounts help to lower insurance costs and allow people to choose the type of insurance they prefer including healthcare for wellness.

We should not allow the teaching of Islam in our government schools. We should encourage and support peace accords in the middle east.

I was named Conservative of the Year in Nevada in 2010 for my work at the Nevada Legislature. I have been a citizen advocate at the Nevada Legislature representing families and taxpayers full time since 1991 and every session starting in 1971. You can do a search online. Is there anything else you would like voters to know about you?
I have actively served as a citizen advocate for Life, Liberty and Family my entire adult life at the Nevada State Legislature. I have 16 grandchildren. I am running because I am concerned about the future of America and the future of my grandchildren and all children. America is under assault from those who would tear down our Constitution and our Christianity. We must stand up and let our voices be heard.
CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
Mandatory minimum sentencing should be required and enforced for violent crimes.

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
The Right to Keep and Bear Arms is as a last protection against tyranny. We should have the right to keep and bear arms, as the Nevada Constitution says, for security and defense for hunting and recreation and other lawful purposes. Criminals prefer unarmed victims. Of course those who have committed felonies lose their right to keep and bear arms.

In priority order, what three areas of legislation do you propose to author or sponsor if elected?
Protect our fundamental Constitutional rights including religious liberty, the right to keep and bear arms and free speech. Protect our boarders by eliminating all welfare benefits for illegal aliens. 85% of illegal aliens access welfare through their children. Many would just choose to go home voluntarily without this government money. Return schools to the control of parents, local school boards and principals. Get the federal government out of education except to encourage choice in education.
Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?
No. All human beings are due respect whatever their race. Supposedly opposing racism is being used to justify violence, breaking the law and violating the rights and property of others. We must support the rule of law and civil responsibility.
