Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I am a Christian relying on the Lord Jesus as my savior who paid the price for my sins on the cross and overcame the power of sin and death through His death and resurrection.I am a Christian author who wrote and published a nonfiction Christian inspirational book Between Life and Eternity. I believe the Bible is the inspired inerrant Word Of God, and I believe strongly in the power of prayer as I have witnessed and experienced its results through the Grace of God.
Considering all issues (social, economic, national security, etc.), which of these best describes you?
Very Conservative
Please defend your answer to the previous question by referencing your publicly available track record.
I have long been a political activist helping other conservative republican candidates. I served from 2004 until 2006 as an elected district representative on the Republican Party Executive Committee for East Baton Rouge Parish, Louisiana. I have 32 years of combined federal service including 30 years as a Navy Reserve Legal officer (JAG). As the National President of the Association of The United States Navy from 1993-1995, my conservative positions are well known and well documented during the entire decade that I served as a national officer including Vice-President for Legislation. My book Between Life and Eternity provides extensive testimony as to my spiritual beliefs and experiences along with my conservative principles.

Additional comment from candidate:
I come from a family of honest, dedicated public servants. My father was elected 4 times as Mayor of the small city where I grew up. I would follow my father's example showing that a public office is a public trust.
