Based on the Declaration of Independence and the U.S. Constitution, please arrange the following entities, starting with the highest source of authority, and continue the list in descending order of authority, skipping any that do not apply: Academia, Congress, Constitution, God, Industry, Media, Professional Sports, Supreme Court, Voters.

This question is oversimplified. The Constitution is the supreme law of the land. Congress, the courts, and the voters all play assigned roles in that system. It is not a simple linear subordination of one to the other.

I do not consider this a proper question to answer in the context of seeking election to a legislature which is strictly prohibited from passing "any law respecting an establishment of religion," and in light of the fact that the Constitution explicitly prohibits any religious test for public office.

Additional comment from candidate:

In spite of my disagreement with the authors of this survey on many issues; I think we do find more areas of agreement than they would find with the incumbent I am opposing, Rep. Gwen Moore (D). The Republican Party has written off this district and did not nominate a candidate; in no small part because the divisive social conservatism of groups like AFA is unwelcome, unpopular, and unelectable in Milwaukee. I offer a choice for smaller government, fiscal responsibility, and individual freedom for all persons. I oppose intrusive and authoritarian government, whether it comes from the right or the left.
