Strongly Agree
3. More restrictive gun control laws are needed now to protect public safety.

Agree

Strongly Agree
10. There should be a strict constitutional spending limit for state and local governments that would tie the rate of spending to the rate of population growth plus the rate of inflation.
Agree
11. Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which permitted our system of limited government.
Strongly Disagree

18. What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers within the Constitution?
They feared the consolidation of power under one branch or one person. There is much argument over whether power corrupts or the corrupt seek power. I believe the latter is the most common case and so did our founding fathers.
19. Based on the Declaration of Independence and the U.S. Constitution, please arrange the following entities, starting with the highest source of authority, and continue the list in descending order of authority, skipping any that do not apply: Academia, Congress, Constitution, God, Industry, Media, Professional Sports, Supreme Court, Voters.
Natural law states that no one has dominion over man and that yet man is ruled by natural law. That natural law outlines rights well beyond life, liberty, and property. There is no order of dominion that has a right to violate these natural rights.
20. Should abortion be allowed under extenuating circumstances? If so, what circumstances?
We are not going to get rid of abortion no matter how illegal we make it. A doctor should have the power to make a decision to terminate a pregnancy in order to save the mothers life, and outside of that exception I will oppose any taxpayer dollars for any organizations that provide abortions. Additionally I want to end property and income tax which opens the charities working to reduce abortions to have more money for their work.
21. Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
