How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?
Create price transparency through robust audits. Shift funding to localized healthcare community model and and restore competitive markets for pharmaceuticals and medical supplies.
What role should government play in boosting the economy?
Maintain the infrastructure and prioritize long term investment strategies.
What changes should be made to the tax code?
I support a taxation model that encourages long term capital investment and reduces financial market speculation, higher taxes on short term financial gains and a wealth based model of taxation.
What is the best way to bring down unemployment?
Unemployment is already low. Shift government spending toward cooperatives, employee owned business and local communities where sustainability and job growth has a much larger potential.
How would you guarantee Social Security benefits for future generations?
Restore the money borrowed from the trust fund. It's a pay as you go plan. We hve mortgaged the future of an entire generation. Eliminate the student debt and create the economic stimulus they need to sustain the plan. Raise the income limits.
What education or experience qualifies you to hold the office for which you seek election?
I'm a mother. I've done my own taxes for 40 years. I have experience in Mental health services and I've had a long career as a quality process engineer.

In general I support a major shift in spending priorities from war spending to social infrastructure investment. I support an embargo on weapons exports. Where there is no answer I find the quest to ambiguous to merit a valid rating
