15. What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers within the Constitution?

Much of the world's history has been subject to war, oppression, religious intolerance, and other forms of evil. The Founding Father's, guided by Judeo-Christian values, authored the God-inspired Declaration of Independence and Constitution to ensure that all Americans would have the right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. It required 11 years of careful negotiation among the 13 Colonies (1776-1787) to approve the Constitution, which was necessary to establish the Rule of Law.

16. Briefly list three (3) political or legislative issues of most concern to you, and explain why each is important to you.

1. The integrity of the Constitution. This document is the primary source of our form of government. It must be maintained in its present form to protect our People, our Land, and our Form of Government. 2. Fair and equitable distribution of Appropriations (Funding) to each of the Congressional Districts. Each District should be given consideration so that it receives the most fair amount of funding; no more, nor less, than is equitable. 3. The application of existing Immigration & Naturalization Laws that are contained in the United States Code (sic). Illegal Immigration is a clear and present danger to our national safety and economy. Having visited the border in Laredo, Texas, I can assure all Americans that those Laws ARE NOT being executed by the Border Patrol.

17. Should abortion be allowed under extenuating circumstances? If so, what circumstances?

Of course there shall always be special circumstances under which abortion is in the interest of either the Mother or Child, or both. However, on-demand abortion allowed pursuant to Roe v. Wade (1973) is nothing more than State-sanctioned Murder. Those who undergo abortion are Murderers, and those who perform the procedure are Butchers. And, at the end of the day, a Murderer is a Murderer, and a Butcher is a Butcher. Since 1973, ~56 million fetuses have been killed, and that is not my notion of America is about; the deliberate murder of children.

18. Based on the Declaration of Independence and the U.S. Constitution, please arrange the following entities, starting with the highest source of authority, and continue the list in descending order of authority, skipping any that do not apply: Academia, Congress, Constitution, God, Industry, Media, Professional Sports, Supreme Court, Voters.

1. The Constitution of the United States of America. 2. Federally-mandated and Constitutionally valid Laws. 3. State Constitutions, coupled with States-Rights concepts. 4. Supreme Court interpretations of the above.

19. Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

My Christian faith is as constant as the Northern Star. I am an Ordained Christian Minister, and use the King James version of the Holy Bible to guide me and others, as well as additional historical works published by the Christian faith. I believe fervently in the Holy Trinity. At the same time under the Constitution, I firmly believe in the freedom of all religions to practice their faiths in accordance with the Laws of our great Nation. Another way of expressing my philosophy about life is to find one's ideal and try to become it, to start with what we have in hand because it is all we have, and to be of service to others whenever achievable.
