QUESTIONNAIRE
RIGHT TO LIFE
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).
Strongly Agree
I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.
Neutral
Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
To protect the life of the mother, or in any case where the mother would be entitled to such self defense against her children of any age.
ECONOMY
Redistribution of income is needed to lessen the gap between the wealthy and working classes.
Strongly Disagree
The government should cut spending in order to reduce the national debt.
Strongly Agree
What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?
It should be GREATLY simplified, and the overall tax burden lowered.
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
Religious liberty is at risk in the United States and deserves the highest level of protection in the law.
Neutral
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.
Disagree
What should be the relationship between the church and the state?
The state should not interfere with the church, and the church should not use the government to try and impose its will on others.
HEALTHCARE
Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?
Private employers and employees should be free to negotiate (without government interference) whatever agreements and terms between them that they see fit, including but not limited to vaccination policies. The government should only be allowed to require vaccinations of its willful employees, in accordance with legislation passed by Congress and approved by the President. Schools, like private employers, should be free to negotiate (without government interference) whatever agreements and terms that they see fit, including but not limited to vaccination policies. There should be no government control of schools, nor should children be required by law to attend them.
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.
E. Medicare should be funded for those currently vested. Those not currently vested should be given HSA accounts they can manage themselves funded by voluntary contributions and what was formerly deducted for medicare in their payroll taxes. Medicaid should be transitioned to a voluntarily funded partnership with local county health departments and charitable organizations. VA health care should be funded for those currently promised that care, and like Medicare transitioned to HSA accounts for future vets.
NATIONAL SECURITY
With regard to America's foreign policy, which view most closely resembles yours: A) The United States should intervene whenever freedom is threatened. B) The United States should selectively help countries trying to grow democracy and fight tyranny. C) The United States has become too involved in others' policies and should remain focused on issues regarding our own sovereignty unless in imminent danger. D) The United States should stay out of foreign conflicts completely.
C.
I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.
Neutral
The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.
Agree
What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?
Quit creating Islamist terrorists. Let the Saudi royal family fight its own wars.
IMMIGRATION
The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.
Disagree
We have long passed the point of diminishing returns, and cannot afford to spend more taxpayer money on such symbolic measures.
State and federal funds shall be denied to any public or private entity, such as a sanctuary city, that is not in compliance with immigration laws.
Neutral
State and Federal funds should be denied to ANY private entity. Period. Regardless of immigration policies or laws. And denied to any public entity for any purpose not required by the Constitution, again regardless of immigration policies or laws.
Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?
Anyone willing to abide by our laws.
VALUES
Sexual orientation and gender identity should be protected classes in non-discrimination laws.
Disagree
I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.
Disagree
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
There is but one God, and my relationship with Him is a personal one that should not be forced on others. Instead by my actions I hope to encourage others to voluntarily pursue their own personal relationship with God.
ELECTIONS AND VOTING
People should be able to vote without photo identification.
Agree
"Papers please comrade" is suitable for communist/socialist tyranny, and incompatible with a free society.
What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?
Electronic voting machines are valuable tools to count votes in an election to provide individual ballots and quick unofficial results. Official results, however, should always be from verified and hand tabulated paper ballots.
EQUALITY
Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.
Disagree
"Reparations" should only be given to those directly harmed and paid for only by those that directly harmed them.
Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?
It is possible for both racism, and the response to racism, to be a threat to domestic security. All the more reason to ensure that our representative government be free from any form of racism.
ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT
I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.
Agree
But only on lands with permission from the landowner, and with fracking companies fully liable for any actual damages they might cause.
Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.

ABOUT YOU
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?
Choose not to answer
The right/left conservative/liberal model is deeply flawed, and I don't fit either one. I lean Libertarian. I support minimum government and maximum freedom, much like our founders and framers did but applied to everyone and without the slavery.

Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized in either civil or criminal court for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.
No.
What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?
I am the only candidate in this race that not only knows what's going on, but actually cares about it. I am not subject to any party leadership, nor am I influenced by any donors. I am free to do what is best for my country and the people I seek to represent. I will fight to protect the rights of everyone, shrink the size and scope of government, balance the budget and pay down debt, and sow the seeds of peace and prosperity for ourselves and our posterity.
CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.
Strongly Disagree
Qualified ans sovereign immunity directly violates the 1st Amendment to the US Constitution.
I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.
Neutral
Mostly I support redirecting funds from police departments back to the people that earned the funds to begin with and let them decide what to do with their own money.
2ND AMENDMENT
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
None
Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.
