18. What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers in the Constitution?
First Question 16 is completely wrong. The Founders established a constitutional REPUBLIC not a Democracy. To use such a term is a disgrace to the founders and the constitution. The separation and limitation of power was set up so that one person man/woman would have complete control over the nation like it was in England at the point in time. They felt that the people should and can govern themselves.
19. Based on the Declaration of Independence and the U.S. Constitution, please arrange the following entities, starting with the highest source of authority, and continue the list in descending order of authority, skipping any that do not apply: Academia, Congress, Constitution, God, Industry, Media, Professional Sports, Supreme Court, Voters.
Well by the information that I have read, It is the People/voters first, the it is tied between the Supreme Court, the Legislative/Congress and the Executive branches with not one having more power or higher source of authority than the other.
20. Should abortion be allowed under extenuating circumstances? If so, what circumstances?
I hate to tell every one this, but abortion is decided law. Any Politician who promise to over turn Roe v. Wade is lying to you and tell you what you want to hear to get elected. The fact of the matter is we can limit abortion to the first 12 weeks or the first trimester of an pregnancy. That is something that can be done. Why not from conception you might ask. Because the the right to have an abortion has made a ruling on it. It has not be over turned and it has not be challenged since it was ruled on. Now as far as the first trimester and after that the only extenuating circumstances that should be allowed is Rape and incest.
21. Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I was born in to a Mexican Catholic family. My father was protestant so at times it was very interesting to be at family dinner. My grandfather on my mothers side was also Yaqui. So as time progressed I learned more about both Yaqui and Catholicism. I take both and have made them my own, along with Freedom, Independence, the constitution and the bill of right. I have my religion and my spirituality. They are mine and not anyone else, Which is what makes this country so great!
