Free enterprise and the right to private property turn mankind's natural self-interest into the most productive economic system there is.

There should be a strict constitutional spending limit for state and local governments that would tie the rate of spending to the rate of population growth plus the rate of inflation.
Strongly Agree
Marijuana should be legalized and regulated like tobacco and alcohol.
Strongly Disagree
Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which permitted our system of limited government.

The founders established pure democracy in the Constitution because they believed that it is the best form of government to ensure the safety and equitable treatment of all citizens.

What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers in the Constitution?
To ensure balance without undue power given to, or taken by, any one branch of government. Most importantly, to ensure that government would be of the people, by the people and for the people. Unfortunately, the very foundation of our nation is at risk. Judges are legislating from the bench and presidents/governors legislate through executive order when the Congress/state legislatures don't give them what they want.
Based on the Declaration of Independence and the U.S. Constitution, please arrange the following entities, starting with the highest source of authority, and continue the list in descending order of authority, skipping any that do not apply: Academia, Congress, Constitution, God, Industry, Media, Professional Sports, Supreme Court, Voters.
God, Constitution, Voters, Congress, Supreme Court.
Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
Health of the mother; rape and incest.
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I practice Catholic faith. I believe in God the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. I believe that Jesus Christ died on the cross for our sins; that Jesus Christ is our salvation.
Considering all issues (social, economic, national security, etc.), which of these best describes you?
Very Conservative
Please defend your answer to the previous question by referencing your publicly available track record.
I have voted against tax increases. I have voted many times to support higher threshold to raise taxes (i.e. supported I-960O. I have signed on in support of legislation to create a constitutional amendment that would require 2/3rds vote in order to raise taxes. Unfortunately, this legislation did not get a hearing. I unequivocally support the Second Amendment to Keep and Bear Arms; I have lead the fight to prevent state taxpayer dollars to finance abortions. I have fought against onerous environmental regulations and climate change policies that are nothing more than a ruse to tax and regulate.

Additional comment from candidate:
It has been an incredible honor to represent the 7th district for the last 8 years. I have used my position to fight for my constituents, farmers, ranchers and property owners against an overreaching state government, including the Dept. of Ecology, Dept. of Fish and Wildlife, Department of Early Learning and Child Protective Services, to name a few. I believe our state can be prosperous with re-igniting our passion for manufacturing and use of our natural resources. The best opportunity for family wage jobs comes from the private sector, not the government.
