Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
To save the mother's life and in cases of rape or incest.
What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers in the Constitution?
Men tend to naturally consolidate power and then use/abuse it. The Constitution was designed to provide limits on such power and to provide the checks and balances that would keep one person or group from acquiring too much power.
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

Please defend your answer to the previous question by referencing your publicly available track record.
I am a libertarian, reflected in my membership in the Libertarian Party. As a libertarian I believe in the Non-Aggression Principle (NAP). That means that every individual has the right to live his or her life in any way they choose, so long as they don't initiate force or practice fraud. The government has no authority to restrict individuals' actions if they are not practicing aggression. This leads to political positions that appear conservative in matters of economics and liberal in matters of individual rights and privacy.

Additional comment from candidate:
The old parties have created a mess that we, our children and our children's children will suffer with. Voters do not have to endorse either of those parties in this election. Voting for me and other Libertarians will be a powerful message that the electorate is feed up with the two party misrule of America.
