15. What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers within the Constitution?
Basic to human nature (especially among males) are FEAR and GREED and the desire to fight and kill other people, animals, and one's self. THE CONSTITUTION is designed to protect us against these basic human instincts and allow us to function as a free society.
16. Briefly list three (3) political or legislative issues of most concern to you, and explain why each is important to you.
1.) We need to END corporate welfare and crony capitalism, because it is leading us toward becoming a fascist oligarchy. We need to stop this business of letting American companies move their operations over-seas and hire non-American workers. The CONSTITUTION was intended to protect us from the tyranny of oligarchy. 2.) We need to remove the power to declare war from the executive branch. We have gotten away from the CONSTITUTION on this issue. 3.) We need to follow the example of the rest of the modern industrialized world and provide health care and a living wage to our working families and citizens.
17. Should abortion be allowed under extenuating circumstances? If so, what circumstances?
We should NOT take away or restrict the freedoms and rights of women to decide for themselves what is done to their bodies. We do not need MEN in legislative bodies telling women what they can or can't do to their personal bodies. It is wrong and UNCONSTITUTIONAL.
18. Based on the Declaration of Independence and the U.S. Constitution, please arrange the following entities, starting with the highest source of authority, and continue the list in descending order of authority, skipping any that do not apply: Academia, Congress, Constitution, God, Industry, Media, Professional Sports, Supreme Court, Voters.

19. Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
