Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
There is never a circumstance where it is permissible to directly kill an unborn baby. If the baby and mother's life is at risk, then every effort must be made to save both. In the case of a diseased organ, life a fallopian tube, the diseased organ may be morally removed even when the secondary and unintended effect is the death of the pre-born child, the new life. Someday science may advance to the point that even in that circumstance both baby and mother can be saved.
What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of radical Islamic terrorism?
The United States must do two things to address Islamic terrorism. 1. Quit letting the organized Jewish lobby, such as AIPAC (American Israel Public Affairs Committee) dictate US foreign policy. The US has been so lopsided in its support of modern Israel and its Likud Party leaderships that we have initiated needlessly the death of millions of Arabs and Palestinians, such as the unconstitutional Iraq invasion of 2003, and in our supporting Israel in committing slow genocide against the Palestinian people. We must support Jewish leaders like the late Shimon Perez who oppose the "Greater Israel" expansion project of Netanyahu and the Likud Party. 2. The President must initiate a "False Flag" force to immediately go to the scene of sudden disasters and see if they are as they appear, or if they have been done by the dark side of the CIA and Israel's Mossad, to blame on Arabs, in order to manipulate the American people. 9-11 was the greatest example of such a false flag operation.
What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers in the Constitution?
Mankind is turn towards good, but because of our fallen nature (original sin) in inclined to do evil at times. Recognizing our fallen nature, the founding fathers placed checks and balances in our form of government.
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I am a pre-Vatican II Catholic, meaning a Catholic as always understood for 2000 years until the current revolution in the structures of the Catholic Church was initiated with the hi-jacked conclave on October 26, 1958. Catholic means "universal". St. Iraneaus said in the 2nd century, "My name is Christian, my surname is Catholic" - as in Christ founded Christianity for everyone. He said this 13 years before Protestantism became a movement under Martin Luther in 1517. The current crisis in the structures of the Catholic Church, including the abominable pedophile scandals and abuses, is explained at WhiteSmoke1958.com. This is the position I hold. The beliefs of the Catholic Church can be found in the Baltimore Catechism and in the documents of the Council of Trent which took place circa 1570. The four sins which the Catholic Church says calls to heaven for vengeance are: 1. abortion and murder; 2. sodomy; 3. oppressing the poor; and 4. Cheating the working many out of his just
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and immigration, which of the following best describes you overall?
Very Conservative
Please provide publicly available information validating your answer to the previous question.
My websites should provide more than enough proof for anyone as to my above answer, which have been around for over a decade, sometimes back to 1996. WatchTheVoteUSA.com; ElectionNightGatekeepers.com; votefraud.org; TargetFreedomUSA.com and my congressional website, "JimForAmerica.com" -- and OpenLetterToDonaldTrump.com -- HitlerDVD.com (an anti-Hitler website which tells the hidden side of World War II). One of the videos on this website, the 3 hour youtube radio show, has been banned in 11 countries in Europe and the Mideast by a French Judge. It tells the public things about World War II we're not supposed to know or think about, and, again, it is an anti-Hitler website. My new website is RealNewsRealAction.com where I have begun a regular video/newscast, like a video blog.
How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?
In order to solve the health care crisis, and all other economic crises, we need to finally issue money scientifically in this age of technology, computers, robots and ever escalating inventions -- in this age of plenty. This free enterprise system is explained on one page in about 24 questions at ThisAgeOfPlenty.com -- In order to do that we need to issue enough money to about equal the goods and services that are available now and in the near term -- and this money needs to find its way to the pockets of every day people. To solve this problem, we need to replace the FED with a National Monetary Office that will initiate National Credit, or the National Dividend. This is the answer to both communism/socialism on the one hand and Vulture/Monopoly Capitalism on the other. This answer is free enterprise on an even playing field as envisioned by the Founding Fathers.
What role should government play in boosting the economy?
Issuing money in the open, transparently, and scientifically as explained in my previous answer. Since Henry Ford solved the problem of mass production, and especially since the computer age, the old way of issuing money is hopelessly out of date. We need to take into account this new technological age when issuing money, which is the proper job of Congress. This free enterprise solution is explained on one page of about 24 questions and answers, with links to books and articles, at ThisAgeOfPlenty.com
What changes should be made to the tax code?
The IRS should be abolished as it: 1. never passed in the first place (see the book "The Law That Never Was' By Bill Benson. 2. Has no right to collect income tax directly from citizens -- see "Cracking the Code" by Pete Hendrickson. 3. And is against the fourth amendment in that it treats all Americans as constantly suspected criminal who must testify against themselves and then swear to it and sign it. A well thought out sales tax is all that is needed, along with the solutions explained at ThisAgeOfPlenty.com --
What is the best way to bring down unemployment?
This is also addressed at my website, which summarizes the works of the best and most realistic economists, at ThisAgeOfPlenty, com -- First, adequate money must be in circulation in the pockets of the everyday people. When there is adequate purchasing power then businesses can thrive and grow -- and hire people to fill the needs and desires of the people.
How would you guarantee Social Security benefits for future generations?
Again, the answer is at ThisAgeOfPlenty.com -- After a while, with proper issuing of money via the Dividend, Social Security may no longer be necessary.
What education or experience qualifies you to hold the office for which you seek election?
Good education at St. Margaret of Cortona grade school in Madisonville in Cincinnati, Ohio, and at St. Xavier High School, and at Xavier University where I graduated with emphasis in Latin, Greek, English and philosophy in the Honors Bachelor of Arts program (HAB). Post college I have read the works on world affairs by the late Fr. Denis Fahey. I have also studied many historical and political works, and current events, and have followed what is happening in the public arena since 1972 when I was an alternate to the 1972 Nixon convention. I ran a t-shirt printing business for 15 years after college where, among other things, we had contracts with Johnny Bench, Pete Rose, Joe Morgan, and Tony Perez to make t-shirts with their faces on the t-shirts (each t-shirt devoted to one player). I published a political magazine in the 1990s, and have run for office for City Council and Congress. I founded Life is for Everyone for young pro-lifers in 1972 and Watch the Vote USA circa 2007.

Is there anything else you would like voters to know about you?
My wife and I were married in 1978 and have 6 children and three grand children so far. I caught up with candidate Donald Trump and talked to him for about one minute in February 2016 at Marshalltown High School during the Iowa Caucus. I handed him a one page paper with websites on it which he said he would read on the plane on the way to the next rally, and I warned him verbally as strong as I could do so that he must protect himself from computer votefraud. Then I worked with someone who had been part of the now defunct Trump Magazine Online for a few months, and in early August 2016 Trump began to say in every speech that he was afraid they were going to rig the election against him. While I can't prove that my brief conversation with him and handing him that paper with the appropriate websites caused him to become the first national figure to bring up the computer votefraud issue -- I believe it is so, and that it was one of four major factors that caused him to win the election.
