Question 2 above, I am not sure if that is in regards to federal, state, or local judges so my answer would vary. Question 16, We have a republic, not a pure democracy so I am not sure how to answer. The founders had a clear vision for America. We are a unique society that actually places checks on our government instead of on people. I took an oath to defend the constitution of the United States while serving in the military and I will continue to do so when elected to office.
