20. Should abortion be allowed under extenuating circumstances? If so, what circumstances?

When two or three otherwise non-involved physicians (i.e. - they are not part of the medical group that would participate in the abortion process) are in agreement that without the abortion both mother and baby will die. Then only after thorough explanation of the situation, and the mother and father come to a non-time pressured agreement that this is the way to proceed.

21. Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I am a conservative, Bible believing Pastor in the Lutheran Church - Missouri Synod. I believe the Bible is the inspired, inerrant Word of God - and it contains that which is necessary for us to know to receive salvation and eternal life. Personally, I prefer the Athanasian Creed, as being more thorough than the Apostle's or Nicene Creeds (I accept them also). I also believe, based on scientific data, that the earth is less than 10,000 years old.
