What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers in the Constitution?
The fundamental principles our society depends upon are based in "truth and honor." Those characteristics are derived from ethical and moral holdings, not from a drive for power and wealth.
Based on the Declaration of Independence and the U.S. Constitution, please arrange the following entities, starting with the highest source of authority, and continue the list in descending order of authority, skipping any that do not apply: Academia, Congress, Constitution, God, Industry, Media, Professional Sports, Supreme Court, Voters.
Constitution, Voters... the others are all beholding to these authorities - INCLUDING the Supreme Court.
Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
This issue is beyond my right to decide ... it is a decision between the person and their faith, their creator, their conscience. Otherwise I'm proclaiming wisdom I do not have as only God knows the mind and heart of each individual.
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
As a chemist by training and profession, I know that we cannot explain thorough formulas and equations how we "know, think, suffer, enjoy, despair, rejoice and contemplate our future". There is 'something' that acts upon matter (atoms, electrons, molecules ....) that isn't part of matter. And I believe this implied force is a universal consciousness ... in other words, a force that seeks ORDER when our physical universe trends to DISORDER. Our physical world describes this natural tendency as one of the laws of thermodynamics stating all things are moving to maximum disorder -- it is called Entropy (disorder), and it is always increasing. Yet, and only by 'consciousness' we try to make ORDER while DISORDER is the rule of our physical world. There must be a non-physical, ie. spiritual realm, that is at work.
Considering all issues (social, economic, national security, etc.), which of these best describes you?
Conservative
Please defend your answer to the previous question by referencing your publicly available track record.
I have 17-years of personal effort solely for the benefit of citizens. My work is published at www.corruptwash.com. While you can criticize, condemn, admire, appreciate... what I have done for citizen rights, the one thing you cannot say is that I don't fight for what I believe in when I believe it is a noble matter that merits a fight. I hope you see that I will NOT shy-away from a fight for the constitutional rights of our citizens.

Additional comment from candidate:
If you follow the presidential campaigns you have heard that OUR rights are at risk with the next US Supreme Court Justice. I've know this for a long time. That is why I have worked 17-years fighting judicial corruption and the loss of our personal freedoms and constitutional rights - "these rights" have been given away by corrupt lawyers and taken away be corrupt judges. I am the ONLY candidate in the 26 District that understands EXACTLY what is at stake when our legislators FAIL to exercise their "check and balance" function over the other branches. And am the ONLY candidate who has worked 12/24/7 to defend citizen rights using every legitimate tool a citizen can use -- public debate, initiatives, lawsuits and lobbying. But all of what 'one person' can do depends upon those who have power, wisdom, and motivation to do the right thing. Anyone who wants a warrior to fight for citizen rights has only one choice in the 26 district and I hope you all see that it is me.
