Free enterprise and the right to private property turn mankind's natural self-interest into the most productive economic system there is.

What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers in the Constitution?

A recognition of the potential fallibility of people. In order for a government of The People, to prevail it must depend upon the trust of the governed. Trusted systems require a layered defense against corruption and separation of concerns to increase the number of actors needed to pull off a conspiracy thus reducing the temptation to conspire.

Based on the Declaration of Independence and the U.S. Constitution, please arrange the following entities, starting with the highest source of authority, and continue the list in descending order of authority, skipping any that do not apply: Academia, Congress, Constitution, God, Industry, Media, Professional Sports, Supreme Court, Voters.

1. Constitution; 2. Voters; 3.Congress/The President/Supreme-Court with powers divided between them. None of the remaining choices are even mentioned in the Constitution.

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

Within the first 18 weeks of the the pregnancy, with consent from both partners of the union, or in cases of rape or a life threatening condition.

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

Non-spiritual wait and see. My values are that life is an incredible gift/opportunity. The ability to see, think, act, and experience should never be under valued. Life is also incredibly short. We each choose how were going to spend this very short life, and I think that in the long run because of the futility of trying to live only for yourself, it is best to balance personal fulfillment with making the world a better place so that when you are gone, others may experience this beautiful gift as well. From my perspective, that is about as close as were ever going to come to immortality.

Considering all issues (social, economic, national security, etc.), which of these best describes you?

No Answer

Please defend your answer to the previous question by referencing your publicly available track record.

I reject the linear way that people try to categorize a persons political views. Our world is 4 dimensional, and the only reason we even stick to a 1 dimensional system for categorizing political views, is that it makes it easy for the pundits to draw neat little graphs. But life is never one dimensional and I refuse to describe myself in terms of someone eases lazy system of categorization. My political views do not lie along someone else's line, reserving always the right to my own individual point of view.

Additional comment from candidate:

Based on the kinds of questions, asked in this survey, I surmise that the group sponsoring this survey is from a group that would consider themselves to be conservative. Because I am a non-partisan, and because I have my own views, I have learned that strongly 'conservative' groups, reject the things I disagree with them on, but seldom consider the things I agree with them on. My whole campaign is based on the premise that our society is populated with extreme 'conservatives', extreme 'liberals', as well as a plurality of people who fit neither of those categories. Consider all your options this election and then decide who best matches your views, and I invite you to consider that if you ever get the perfect candidate who will unyielding support YOUR particular position without compromise, then chances are, that candidate will get your vote, but few others. We are all individually unique and the only thing that keeps us from anarchy, is the ability to cooperate with each other.
