16. Briefly list three (3) political or legislative issues of most concern to you, and explain why each is important to you.

- Promoting a return to the core ideals of the U.S. Constitution that defined, separated, and limited the powers of the federal government: My first steps to resolve this would be to address the unwavering attacks on the 1st, 2nd, 4th, and 10th Amendments to the U.S. Constitution as these attacks are eroding Individual & State's Rights as well as allowing the federal government to consolidate power at the federal level. - Eliminating the Affordable Care Act (Obamacare): It is simply a federal power grab. - Halting, then ending federal government overreach across federal agencies (e.g. IRS, CIA, EPA, BLM, Dept of Education, etc.): Actions driven by the Administration, unchecked bureaucratic "rule-making", combined with Congress giving up their "checks and balances" authorities (abrogating their responsibilities) to the White House are eroding Individual and State's Rights. This must be addressed soon, before the federal government consolidates all power at the federal level.

17. Should abortion be allowed under extenuating circumstances? If so, what circumstances?

Only to prevent the death of the mother.

18. Based on the Declaration of Independence and the U.S. Constitution, please arrange the following entities, starting with the highest source of authority, and continue the list in descending order of authority, skipping any that do not apply: Academia, Congress, Constitution, God, Industry, Media, Professional Sports, Supreme Court, Voters.

God, Voters (the People), Constitution, Congress, Supreme Court

19. Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

- I believe in God the Father, the Son (Jesus) and the Holy Spirit. - My core religious beliefs and values stem from my Catholic background, Church teachings, and the people with whom I spent my childhood trying to emulate as I think they were solid role models. - I believe that one's religion is a personal choice, and that choice is guaranteed to every American Citizen by U.S. Constitution.
