OTHER INFORMATION

QUESTIONNAIRE*

*Additional information was received after the evaluation was assigned and was not considered in the Panel Evaluations, therefore it is for additional educational purposes only.
RIGHT TO LIFE

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

Whatever happened to "safe, legal & rare"? A legitimate question to ask today's liberals.

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

Agree

If they're supporting actual family planning & providing free contraceptives I'm all for it. Unfortunately, that's not their M.O.

I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.

Strongly Agree

I've seen people in pre death pain & suffering. The only reason they don't take matters into their own hands is because of the mess they'd leave someone else to clean up afterwards. No person can tell another person what to do. Especially for the last decision of their life. Like most things, that's between them & their maker.

ECONOMY

What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?

I would like to eliminate the income tax & provide a state wide property tax law that would prevent parents of school age children from spending ridiculous amounts in tax hikes & referendums only to move to an income tax free state when their children are out of the school system. Leaving lifelong residents of that community paying for other peoples' kids more luxurious educational "buildings & facilities". I would also like to implement something akin to where if a home owner has owned their home & paid property taxes for 30 years in a community & had put at least 1 child through all 4 years of high school at that school system then they no longer have to pay property taxes as long as they reside (mainly) in that residence for the remainder of their existence.

What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?

There aren't many departments that couldn't use some trimming from this Six Sigma Black Belt.

Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.

Strongly Disagree

Not college for sure. College is optional. Much like Elon Musk said; (paraphrasing) we have more information at our fingertips than at any time in human history, whether you're looking up how to make eggs Benedict, to fixing the water pump on your 2013 Honda Accord to learning nuclear physics. If someone chooses to further their education beyond the basics that society has deemed necessary for life on this planet (which most kids seem to lack nowadays) then THEY should pay for it themselves.

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

Strongly Disagree

I was in contact with a wood carver from Japan in order for them to make something unique for me. If you go to any business & they don't wish to make a specific item for you... go somewhere else. Anyone who doesn't is evil & has an agenda to ruin someone's life for nothing more that their own iniquities. You CANNOT make a dozen donuts then deny the sale to someone for any reason. But if a customer wants Hitler donuts specially made you have the right to refuse to make that specific product.

Under what circumstances can government close churches?

None. If someone want's to go to worship & they die because of it that's their business. If YOU'RE afraid of catching something then YOU quarantine YOUR stupid ass. Don't put that or any responsibility on others. Conservatives would say "well, they've met their maker for not quarantining". And you would think liberals would rejoice because there's 1 less conservative around, right? But no. Liberals are all about control. The EXACT same thing they claim to hate religion for. Total hypocrisy.

HEALTHCARE

What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.

E. None of the above. If you would like to know about a REAL health care reform system, go to my You Tube page & watch my video on DPC: Direct Primary Care. If you are not willing to take ONE lunch hour out of ONE day out of your ENTIRE life to learn about a health care system that can literally be utilized by everyone then enjoy the mounting medical bills, the collection agencies & home foreclosures. You elect the government you deserve. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OUuvShK9nIM&t=17s

Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?

None. Not even for health care. HOWEVER... there is a caveat. If someone works in health care & refuses a vaccine & they get the disease & the disease causes death or great injury, even an injury which prevents them from working in the health care field, they must sign a waiver to where they cannot hold the hospital or health care organization responsible for civil damages or workman's comp. They can still get disability like any other occupation but they cannot hold the organization liable.

NATIONAL SECURITY

What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?

This is a federal issue, not anything dealing with state laws.

I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.

Neutral

Again, this is a federal issue, not a state issue.

IMMIGRATION

Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?

Everyone & anyone who can pass the security check & who can follow what I call the S.P.A.N. S-Speak the language proficient enough to hold a 6th grade level conversation with an American citizen within a year. Otherwise you have to have a judge decide whether you can stay. P-Pay the same taxes the Americans have to pay, including not getting special tax breaks that American citizens don't get. A-Assimilate. I'm proud of my Irish & German heritage but I am an American FIRST & foremost. Remember your heritage but you pledge allegiance to the American flag. N-No benefits past 3 months. The hardest step to take in getting ahead is the first one. I would prefer that a person who can hit the ground running who can take care of themselves from day 1. Some people are incredible workers but literally have nothing. No benefits past 3 months. No health care, no food assistance, no help after 3 months. This should go without saying but this goes for people who come here LEGALLY. You wouldn't tolerate someone skipping you in the lunch line be it in school or at work, so you shouldn't have to tolerate it as someone following the rules only to be bypassed by someone skipping all the steps in the process AND getting a free ride for life on top of that. I do believe we should make the process for becoming a citizen more streamlined but that is mainly a federal issue. Although states can certainly make it easier on their end.

EDUCATION

I support school choice, including voucher programs, tax credits, charter schools, private schools, and home schools.

Strongly Agree

Nothing more needs to be said.

Parents are the primary stakeholders in their children's education.

Strongly Agree

There's a saying for the Millenial generation who statistically have far fewer children than any prior generation. "Liberals don't need to have kids... because they have yours via the schools".

VALUES

Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.

Strongly Agree

All you have to do to verify this is to look at countries that DON'T have this basis for their government & laws.

I support adding gender identity as a specially protected class in non-discrimination laws.

Strongly Disagree

Specially protected classes can't "choose" what makes them what they are. That's why they're protected.

I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.

Strongly Disagree

If America was truly as racist as they claimed then they wouldn't have the ability to spew their hate for more that a few days without being dealt with in a permanent manner. Yet there they are... babbling away.

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

The 1st Amendment provides that any person can believe whatever they wish though it harm no other. That belief is between a person & their maker. No one should be denied that choice nor should they be forced to accept one they disagree with.

Marriage between one man and one woman and the families they form are the foundation of civilization and are fundamental to the well-being and prosperity of Wisconsin.

Agree

Yes, but that doesn't mean there isn't room for variations on that theme. Marriage is both a religious sacrament AND a state benefit. I was married in a church but it wasn't until I filed that piece of paper to the state that I was "legally" married. Since its "also" a state issue, the Equal Protection clause in the 14th Amendment provides for the variation of same sex marriages, like it or not. Ergo, it also prevents forcing religions from performing a same sex ceremony against their doctrine.

ELECTIONS AND VOTING

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

Strongly Disagree

Every, & I mean EVERY law that we have had to follow since July 4th, 1776, from jaywalking to Prohibition, has been the result of ideas put forth by representatives that the populace has ELECTED. If we do not follow the doctrine of "1 person, 1 vote" then that results in laws that were not truly enacted by the people. Laws WE ALL have to follow. In which case, what is the difference between that & being governed by an all powerful dictator? There's none. It is THE MOST important rule in society.

What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?

ONLY accept absentee ballots that are REQUESTED by the voter. I'm fine with extending absentee ballot time frames but only absentee ballots, not early voting hours. Early voting hours are the same in all districts & jurisdictions & can ONLY be done at the county clerk's office. Make Voter ID mandatory. & yes, make getting an ID that's strictly for voting purposes, free of charge for the one person living in a cave, eating raw fish caught from a stream like Smeagol from Lord of the Rings, who somehow managed to get through their entire existence without obtaining an ID. Cleaning voter rolls every year. No drop boxes. No ballot "correcting" by clerks or election workers. Elections are every 2 years. If the clerks cant find a way to provide adequate staffing for election day/season then they should get fined. Both costing the county AND the clerk personally. If THAT doesn't get clerks to do their jobs then nothing will. For rural areas, if extra funding is needed because there isn't enough staff & they can find enough volunteers then making state funds available might be something to consider. We did JUST FINE for EVERY election before recent times when we finally transitioned from most of the population living in rural areas to most of the population living in cities yet somehow NOW we need all of these new rules & voting methods? I don't think so. These new rules & methods are born out of either laziness, chicanery or both. We did just fine figuring out how to vote (& COUNT the vote in a 24 hour period) when people lived far away from the city hall & had only feet & horses to get to the polls in freezing cold November. Most importantly, having a committee or board making rules for elections is fine but it HAS to be able to be overseen & overridden by the legislature (like the Constitution demands). Like the prior question, if we are not governed by representatives we elect that can be thrown out of office & instead we are governed by an unelected bureaucracy that can suffer no consequences for their actions or inactions, then breaking away from the monarchy (which was a bloodline dictatorship) was pointless. I also like the idea of using election ink like India uses so no one can vote twice. This really isn't that complicated. If you need an ID to buy cigarettes, buy alcohol, buy a house, buy a gun, to get a job to buy all those things, to open a bank account to store the money you made from the job to buy all those things... yet if you need an ID to do ALL that, to follow ALL THOSE LAWS, laws made by representatives ELECTED BY YOU & THE PUBLIC... yet you DON'T need an ID to VOTE for that elected representative who MADE all those laws that you & everyone else HAS to follow... then any human being that still thinks that voter ID is ANYTHING other than pragmatic, needs to chemically castrate themselves, their child bearing counterpart & every single one of their offspring. I stated earlier that all these newfangled voter rules & laws were born out of laziness &/or chicanery. Not wanting voter ID is born out of idiocy & I refuse to apologize for a statement that has no logical contradictory argument.

EQUALITY

Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?

Um... No. The last of racism is dying with the last of the WWII generation. The Boomers were the ones who fought for the Civil Rights laws. Generation X cared nothing about race. For otherwise Dr. Dre & Snoop Dogg would be underground cult artists instead of genre founding superstars. Yes there are something like 50,000 KKK members in the United States. But let's get real here... that's 1000 per state. That is the current size of the enrollment of the small high school I went to. If racism were truly a problem we wouldn't have a black Vice President, a black former President & the largest racist organization in the country wouldn't be able to throw a rally that held every member of their organization in any NFL stadium in the country.

Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.

Strongly Disagree

So people whom you can't name that centuries ago treated people whom you can't name treated people badly & you should get money for this? Does this mean that women now have to randomly put out for every date request that was denied since the beginning of recorded history? If you can't find someone that harmed you in some way that you can sue them for money in a court of law... well... your life really isn't that bad is it? Quit whining you miserable little crybullys.

ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT

Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.

A. You see, most hunters & outdoorsy folks are conservationists, not environ"mental"ists. Conservationists like to keep nature as is but that doesn't mean development & progress can't be made. You see, liberals, especially elected ones, will destroy nature to put up condos for rich people where the public used to have access to; like parks & waterfronts. Or they'll put a bicycle path through the woods & force taxpayers to pay for the upkeep only to ride their bikes on city streets, blocking traffic. Conservatives will do things like stop the cutting down of the Giant Redwoods. Big difference. George Carlin said everything you needed to know about environ"mental"ists here. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EjmtSkl53h4

I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.

Strongly Agree

However there are other energy sources that have been around for decades but politics & the Cold War have kept them on the back burner so that no one really knew about them. The biggest example of this is what is known as LFTR. Here is a beginner's guide to the rabbit hole of an energy source that could get us off of fossil fuels for everything except air travel. (which is ironic considering this technology was invented as a means to propel airplanes. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YVSmf_qmkbg

ABOUT YOU

What do you think is the general purpose of government?

To provide infrastructure & a common defense. Schools, roads, parks, police & fire departments & the like.

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?

Conservative

I lean towards anything that makes logical sense & where the benefits outweigh the risks.

Please provide publicly available information, including interviews and media reports, validating your answer to the previous question (other than your website).

Wisconsin Eye has prior interviews with me.

Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized in either civil or criminal court for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.

No. I'm not a Democrat.

What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?

Election integrity, constitutional carry & stand your ground, LFTR energy sources & DPC: Direct Primary Care health care reform.

CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY

Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.

Agree

However, like with the Uvalde Texas incident, NOT doing your job which you swore an oath to do should result in the commanding officer and/or the elected official making the poor decision to not only be investigated by an outside agency or 3rd party but they should be civilly & criminally liable for their actions. Including being personally liable. Again, if you wield that kind of power you need to be personally responsible. This includes jail time & forfeiture of salary & pension.

I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.

Strongly Disagree

After personally seeing how ineffective most mental health programs are I would NOT divert ANY funds from police departments to said programs. I would however add that the way funds are spent by police departments do need to be examined from time to time because they are not always in the best interest of the tax payer.

2ND AMENDMENT

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

Only for felons who have not done their time & people who have shown a history of mental instability. The latter can become a political weapon but we don't enforce many of the gun laws we already have unless they have a political angle to them. But for the most part there should be very few restrictions.

Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.

Strongly Disagree

What's next? We can sue auto makers for when some kid steals a car, joyrides it at excessive speeds & kills someone while the driver walks away free? How about video game companies who make violent video games? One of the biggest problems in our modern society from guns to abortion is that we no longer expect anyone to bear personal responsibility for their actions. It's always someone else's fault. "I don't blame people for their mistakes but I do expect that they pay for them" ~ John Hammond
