OTHER INFORMATION

QUESTIONNAIRE

RIGHT TO LIFE

Human life begins at conception and deserves legal protection at every stage until natural death.

Strongly Agree

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive taxpayer funds or grants from federal, state, or local governments.

Strongly Agree

I support the Born Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act, which requires health care providers to provide life-saving treatment for infants who survive an attempted abortion.

Strongly Agree

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

To save Mother's life or physical health.

ECONOMY

It is the government’s responsibility to ensure everyone has a livable income.

Disagree

Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.

Strongly Agree

What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?

I'll sponsor a bill to reduce the salaries of the Legislature and state executive branches, if elected. I would also drastically reduce or eliminate money for refugee programs, drastically reduce or eliminate money for immigrant programs in general, and stop funding for universities or state colleges that exceed more than 1% of a foreign student population (they would have a reasonable but short time to comply with this funding requirement).

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

Governments should not discriminate against individuals, organizations or small businesses because of their belief that marriage is only a union of one man and one woman.

Strongly Agree

Governments should define marriage as between one man and one woman; no other definition of marriage should be legalized or supported with taxpayer or public funds.

Strongly Agree

Religious liberty is at risk in the United States and deserves the highest level of protection in the law.

Strongly Agree

I promise to protect the freedom of Christians to share the Gospel and to practice Biblical principles.

Yes

What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?

It basically means that the government, traditionally, does not and chooses not to take on an official religious capacity, but it doesn't mean that the government must be completely devoid of religion, nor obligates it to pressure public or private entities to act or not act in a certain way religiously. The phrase, itself, is not in the U.S. Constitution.

HEALTHCARE

It is the government’s responsibility to ensure everyone has health insurance.

Disagree

How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?

The government should have a regulatory policy for private insurance that ensures the utmost transparency, which upholds the basic values of the American People. There should be an overall consistent program, including streamlining present programs for those trying to get into the private health insurance network, and provisions for optional insurance if some citizens are generally unable to get into the private network.

NATIONAL SECURITY

The best way to maintain peace is through a strong military.

Strongly Agree

IMMIGRATION

I am in favor of construction of a wall and other necessary infrastructure on our border that gives complete control over entering and exiting the United States.

Strongly Agree

State and federal funds should be denied to any public or private entity, including but not limited to sanctuary cities, that are not in compliance with immigration laws.

Strongly Agree

Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?

We need a national immigration moratorium that lasts the next 100 years, at least, with the exception of citizens' opposite sex spouses or fiance(e)s ("Obergefell v. Hodges" that allowed same sex marriage should be repealed by the Supreme Court), and minor children. This doesn't include work visas, but those need to be tightened up and greatly reduced, and nobody should be allowed to immigrate just because of having one.

EDUCATION

Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.

Neutral

VALUES

Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.

Strongly Agree

I support adding sexual orientation, gender identity and gender expression as protected classes in non-discrimination laws.

Strongly Disagree

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

A Christian based on Biblical values.

ABOUT YOU

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and immigration, which of the following best describes you overall?

Very Conservative

Please provide publicly available information validating your answer to the previous question.

Please review this section of my website: https://brandnewelections.us/moratorium

What education or experience qualifies you to hold the office for which you seek election?

Twenty-four years of being a legal assistant, which involves working on governmental and business related laws and the application of those laws to assist various clients. Many years of political work related to organizations that I have founded, including establishing a philosophical foundation that has a strong social conservative edifice, writing initiatives, researching laws and bills, and generally, publicly, promoting a social conservative and populist economic governmental philosophy.

Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.

No.

Is there anything else you would like voters to know about you?

I'm someone that says the obvious: America is for Americans. We help our fellow man, no matter what, when we can, of course, but countries are formed to empower its own nationals first and foremost. That's Nationalism 101. Unfortunately, the Radical Democrats, very predominate in our state, take the exact opposite of that stand... they call it Globalism or "Global Citizen." To them, America is not really a nation, since a nation has defined people, but an entity to hand out to anybody that advances their ideology or narrow interests. We need to outvote them if we're going to keep our republic... and nation.

JUDICIAL PHILOSOPHY

I support the use of Sharia law as a basis for legislation and judicial decisions in the United States.

Strongly Disagree

CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY

Mandatory minimum sentencing should be required and enforced for violent crimes.

Strongly Agree

2ND AMENDMENT

Should teachers be allowed to carry guns at school?

No

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

All laws must be based in accordance with the U.S. Constitution, including the Bill of Rights and the 2nd Amendment in particular. Reviews or revisions of statutes should be based on the needs, wants and participation of the public.

OTHER IMPORTANT ISSUES

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

Strongly Disagree

I support the legalization of recreational marijuana.

Disagree

The Electoral College should be abolished.

Strongly Disagree

In priority order, what three areas of legislation do you propose to author or sponsor if elected?

(1.) I'll sponsor several bills to restrict abortion with exceptions for saving the mother's life or protecting her physical health. (2.) I'll sponsor a bill outlawing the making of animal-human hybrids/chimeras in any fashion, including partially. Recently there was an appalling mouse-human genes hybrid made at the University of New York at Buffalo. Though, in Washington, I'll try to outlaw that kind of biotechnology here, and work to do the same federally. (3.) I'll propose legislation to create (or streamline similar) a state biotechnology ethics committee, made up of volunteers, and a paid director appointed by the Legislature (volunteers could be appointed by legislators/director). This committee would review biotechnology procedures at state or private schools, and government or private scientific laboratories, and report back to the Legislature anything that is ethically controversial, against present law, or against the basic values of the Washington People.

Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?

It could be, and one of the reasons why government must follow the Constitution and should promote domestic tranquility by being even-handed in applying laws, and generally not make any laws based on race or ethnicity.
