16. Briefly list three (3) political or legislative issues of most concern to you, and explain why each is important to you.

1) FREE ECONOMY. Excessive government control over the U.S. economy is harmful to economic growth of the United States and prosperity for the country and its people. 2) FREEDOM AND PRIVACY OF THE PEOPLE. of the U.S. Excessive government laws, rules and regulations, federal and state, restricting individual and enterprise civil rights interferes with the freedom and privacy of each citizen of the United States as guaranteed by the Constitution and Bill of Rights. The people's right to privacy are being restricted and stymied by unreasonable government control over those rights and interference into the people's private affairs. 3) CORRUPTION AND DECEIT. The unreasonable and excessive control of the government and its numerous agencies over the freedoms and rights of the people has led to corruptive control and deceit (cover ups) by the elected leaders and the administrators of our government, federal and state.

17. Should abortion be allowed under extenuating circumstances? If so, what circumstances?

Yes. Abortion is a free choice granted to each person under the Constitution and that liberty and freedom should not be restricted by the government. It is a private medical matter between the woman and her doctor which should not not be restricted or controlled by the government. Extenuating circumstances exist in every decision made by a woman to terminate her pregnancy. The government has no right to allow or disallow that freedom of choice.
