15. What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers within the Constitution?

The Constitution and the Bill of Rights were adopted by the Founders to guard against tyranny and the takeover of individual rights and freedom, especially religious freedom by an overly powerful centralized government.

16. Briefly list three (3) political or legislative issues of most concern to you, and explain why each is important to you.

As a small business owner, I am most concerned about the expansion of a bloated government bureaucracy, especially in the executive branch, which has caused a suffocation of individual rights and freedom and a tremendous burden on the taxpayers. National health and education programs such as Obamacare and Common Core are perfect examples of these digressions. The primary purposes of the federal government is to provide for national defense and border security. The federal government has expanded beyond what was intended by the founders in order to protect and preserve an effective Constitutional Republic.

I am pro-life and believe that life begins at conception.

18. Based on the Declaration of Independence and the U.S. Constitution, please arrange the following entities, starting with the highest source of authority, and continue the list in descending order of authority, skipping any that do not apply: Academia, Congress, Constitution, God, Industry, Media, Professional Sports, Supreme Court, Voters.

God, Voters (We the people), Constitution, Congress, Supreme Court, Media (fourth estate).
