When the life of the mother is in danger, and possibly severe genetic defects.

I believe in the Golden Rule, that we should do to others what we would like to have done to us. For example, I want to be in control of my own life, even if that means making bad decisions, as long as I'm not harming anyone in the process, and so I must allow others to be in control of their own lives, even if that means making bad decisions, as long as they are not harming anyone in the process.
