The Founders knew that man tends to act selfishly for if he did not, there would be no need for government. The purpose behind the separation of powers and the limitations of those powers was to ensure that the monarchies and dictatorships that the Founders were familiar with in their time would not take root in this country.

The only occasion as a physician that I can possibly envision would be where there truly is a real threat to the mother. AS a physician, I cannot do harm to a patient under the Hippocratic Oath.

21. Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I believe that there is one God. I believe that he will judge the good and the bad and dole out punishment accordingly. I believe that he has a son, Jesus Christ, who died on the cross for the forgiveness of our sins. I believe that he is the light and the way and it is only through him that I can receive everlasting life.
