15. Briefly list three (3) political or legislative issues of most concern to you, and explain why each is important to you.
1. Federal Debt. Uncontrolled, it will destroy our Republic. 2. Tyranny of the Executive. The abuse of the Constitution and lawless exercise of power by the Executive, without response by the Congress, will become a permanent part of the Executive/Legislative relationship. The balance of powers between our branches of government will be permanently destroyed and with it the cornerstone of our Constitution. 3. Progressivism. The big government, progressive, Establishment Republicans in the House and Senate are just as much, if not even more, a threat to our Republic. The Democrat progressives are honest in stating their progressive desires. The progressive Republicans are deceitful in hiding behind a false claim of conservatism. Thus, they are even more dangerous.
16. Should abortion be allowed under extenuating circumstances? If so, what circumstances?
Abortion should only be allowed when the mortal life of the mother is emergently in danger. OB/GYNs will clearly state these medical conditions are rare, but clearly evident when they happen. Inconvenience or change of lifestyle is not within the definition of mortal danger to the life of the mother.
17. Based on the Declaration of Independence and the U.S. Constitution, please arrange the following entities, starting with the highest source of authority, and continue the list in descending order of authority, skipping any that do not apply: Academia, Congress, Constitution, God, Industry, Media, Professional Sports, Supreme Court, Voters.

18. Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
Raised from birth as a Roman Catholic, I am a firm adherent to the catechism of the Church. However, I do not adhere to the political positions of the Catholic Church. I do not agree with the Church's support of Obamacare. I do not agree with the Church's position of Social Justice. I do not agree with the Church's acceptance of politicians who claim Catholicism as their faith as they promote abortion. My values were strongly formed by my faith, my family, my service in the Marine Corps, my study of economics and my study of the U.S. Constitution and its origins. I am a Constitutional Conservative candidate for the U.S. House of Representative in the Fighting 5th District of North Carolina. I am of Irish heritage and this is Scots-Irish territory. We will fight for our Liberty, our Freedom and our Sovereignty. The most important value trait that I possess is the value to know that some things are worth fighting for and that Surrender is Dishonorable.
