14. What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers within the Constitution?

The three tier system works perfect and the founding founder knew this by studying the European system. They changed the system to fit the American vision. The founding fathers wanted and needed to create that perfect triangle where no one element could control the future of the Government without working together with the other two elements. This makes as I said the perfect union of personnel rights and legal rights. They needed to protect the Constitution and the bill of rights.

15. Briefly list three (3) political or legislative issues of most concern to you, and explain why each is important to you.

The National debt is 17.5 Trillion dollars we pay over 500 billion dollars a year of interest on this debt. I have a plan on how to bring this debt to Zero during the next 20 years. Welfare costs the Tax payer in America over 1 Trillion dollars a year, this is the biggest cost to America each year, bigger than National Defense. Housing is the biggest producer of jobs in America and our Government is spinning their wheels on this topic, I have a 10 point plan on my web-site on how to fix the housing market in two years. I have on my web-site www.time2takebackamerica.com plans to fix these three problems and others we have in America.

16. Should abortion be allowed under extenuating circumstances? If so, what circumstances?

We need to be open to options that create that life long negative aspects, to the Woman that have been put into the situation of pregnancy due to no fault of their own. To name a few circumstances, incest, rape, health problems, death. There are a number of circumstances where the mothers rights need to be considered at the highest level. I as a representative of our district will do what the district majority deems appropriate. I have my own thoughts on this subject as can be seen, but in cases like this, is it not the voters choice and necessity to inform me by majority on how they want me to support this topic. We as Representatives have to remember we are voted in by or voters to not only come up with pro active corrections to the problems in our country today but follow the majority's choice.

17. Based on the Declaration of Independence and the U.S. Constitution, please arrange the following entities, starting with the highest source of authority, and continue the list in descending order of authority, skipping any that do not apply: Academia, Congress, Constitution, God, Industry, Media, Professional Sports, Supreme Court, Voters.

God, Constitution, Voters, Congress, Supreme Court.

18. Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I grew up a Roman Catholic. I am a Christian and believe God takes care of all of us in many different ways. I believe that we should respect others and their opinions, work with others to make life better for all of us. I go to church every Sunday and do what I can for the Church, my Wife and I have decided to give 25% of the congressional pay I will receive, to religious organizations that help the needy in our District. We are all not our brother keepers but, we all need to do what ever we can to help the needy.
