The ease with which Men lie and cheat, are greedy, arrogant, vain, and pursue power and prestige with the use of any and all of these traits has been exhibited continually through human history and led to the design of the Constitution. In essence; the seven deadly sins.
16. Briefly list three (3) political or legislative issues of most concern to you, and explain why each is important to you.
1)Lowering the cost of living to break this recessive cycle. My economic plan Trickle Up Economics: a water monetary standard will lower the cost of living for any family(CPI)dependant on public water or sewer and for any business (PPI) similarly dependant. There is no other plan to break this cycle except wait. Maryland has continually demonstrated raising the cost of living during recessive times results in lower tax revenues. Starting with lower revenues after increasing the sales tax and of late lower revenues with higher tolls. 2)Border Security which I do not see as an illegal immigration issue. I see it as a security issue, a crime fighting issue, and part and parcel of the war on drugs. Stemming the flow of illegal immigrants would be a side affect of this National Security Issue. 3)Education:There should be one understanding in Education: the 3 Rs. Every child -needs- to learn to Read, Write, and do Arithematic before they leave High School to be a success in America.
17. Should abortion be allowed under extenuating circumstances? If so, what circumstances?
The circumstances of back room abortions was how abortion became illegal. We must continue to believe that such circumstances should not exist. Abortion is a travesty. It should not be allowed without parental consent for minors. It should not be allowed after a 100 days. It should be in certified medical facilities for outpatient surgery. Tax monies should not be spent on funding abortions or thier facilities. The number of sins we must pass through to come to a moral balance within our own lives should not be dictated by others. It is an individuals path to happiness. God knew us before we were born. If we were not born; He knows that as well. It is not the governments business to intervene in such matters. It is the job of the government to insure the integrity of material matters: the Justice of abortion is the act itself. A travesty.

God/Laws of Nature, Voters, Constitution, Supreme Court/Congress both equal but seperate. The rest have the ability to vote through their members.
19. Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I am a Judeao Christian Muslim. I know this sounds odd. If you study 8000 years of human history as I have at St Johns College, Annapolis; you will find that they actually are all part of the same thing and play a role in each others lives and those of the rest of the World. I have read the Talmud, New Testament, and Qurran at least 3 times each. God created Man, Man created the family, God broke the family, man created society, God broke society at Babel, God started the Talmud through the Israelites(the history of man and plan to put society back together), Jesus of Nazareth gave his life to bring Love into the world (it was previously a ridiculous notion), God taught Mohammed to defend His kingdom, Mohammed gave the Qurran. Society and God wait for Israeli, Christians, and Muslims to figure this out. As a member of Congress, I will have the ability to help Man acheive its manifest destiny: to live wholesome, happy, free lives. Charging money for using water is not upon that road.
