OTHER INFORMATION

QUESTIONNAIRE

RIGHT TO LIFE

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

Strongly Agree

I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.

Strongly Disagree

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

True endangerment to a Mothers Life

ECONOMY

Redistribution of income is needed to lessen the gap between the wealthy and working classes.

Strongly Disagree

The government should cut spending in order to reduce the national debt.

Strongly Agree

What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?

we need to move to either a far tax or a flat tax making paying taxes simpler.

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

Religious liberty is at risk in the United States and deserves the highest level of protection in the law.

Strongly Agree

Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

Strongly Disagree

What should be the relationship between the church and the state?

Faith is essential and needs to be introduced through our families not the government. Meaning our political leaders should be guided by their individual faith so there is a set of principles that guides them.

HEALTHCARE

Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?

Military and that is it.

iVoterGuide Notes:

Candidate notified iVoterGuide.com that his answer should have included, " but religious exemptions must be included."

What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.

We need a full and real medical reform bill. Making it so Insurance can be purchased across state lines. We need to remove caps on health savings accounts and make sure that those accounts are enhartable to our children. We need to allow the forming of individual co-ops in order to help bulk purchasing at the local level and empower people. We then need to fold medicare and medicad over to the individual states to reduce government overhead allowing for better coverage and more affordable choices for seniors with allowing them to decided which state to invest in from the programs provided. Long term reform with more choice creating the freedom and liberty for individuals.

NATIONAL SECURITY

With regard to America's foreign policy, which view most closely resembles yours: A) The United States should intervene whenever freedom is threatened. B) The United States should selectively help countries trying to grow democracy and fight tyranny. C) The United States has become too involved in others' policies and should remain focused on issues regarding our own sovereignty unless in imminent danger. D) The United States should stay out of foreign conflicts completely.

C) The United States has become too involved in others' policies and should remain focused on issues regarding our own sovereignty unless in imminent danger.

I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.

Strongly Disagree

The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.

Strongly Agree

What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?

When we are hit again, level the group that comes with an unrestricted counter attack. For example drop a MOAB every time they attack we will no longer have a Terrorist problem.

IMMIGRATION

The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.

Strongly Agree

We need to build a wall and address Imigration reform with real reforms for instance requiring English as a national language and E verify.

State and federal funds shall be denied to any public or private entity, such as a sanctuary city, that is not in compliance with immigration laws.

Strongly Agree

Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?

People who learn English, US History, U.S. Constitution and pass a full background check.

VALUES

Sexual orientation and gender identity should be protected classes in non-discrimination laws.

Disagree

Sexual Orientation i'm fine with but there are only two Genders we need to stop mainstreaming crazy.

I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.

Strongly Disagree

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

God Created Man and Woman in his Image. We are all sinners and we must strive to not intentionally commit sin though we all fail we must try to better tomorrow than we were yesterday.

ELECTIONS AND VOTING

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

Strongly Disagree

We should have a national voter ID law where you need to show your State ID.

What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?

Perminent election Audits so we can Identify anyone breaking the law and prosecute them. Any voter fraud is uneceptible. We also must require the presentation of ID in order to vote to protect our Elections. I would also like us to go to the manual county of ballots, France and many other coutries do it this way. Also, we shouldn't allow drop boxes because there are 0 security controls on who's voting.

EQUALITY

Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.

Strongly Disagree

Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?

I think the Democratic Party and Main Stream Media creating division is a threat to domestic security.

ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT

I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.

Agree

These regulations should be allowed Federally then given to the states for final say.

Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.

A is closest but we have to have a common sense balance when approaching it which is very possible. For instance we can create jobs and power America through Nuclear. But the Left is trying to build windmills which damage the environment more than natural gas and methane in the long run. We need basic common sense and balance for our regulations.

ABOUT YOU

Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized in either civil or criminal court for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.

No

What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?

Our elections should be as safe and secure as possible. Regardless of which candidates voters in Michigan cast a ballot for in 2020, the uncertainty of that election has undermined our confidence in elections across our country. Some of my ideas of election reform include: Voter ID required. One vote per US Citizen. Only legal ballots counted...and counted only ONCE. Mail in ballots subject any election to fraud. Their access should be greatly limited. Ban mass mailing of absentee ballot applications. (Jocelyn Benson) No voting tabulators should physically connect to any other devices. Eliminating machines and handcounting ballots should be our goal. Ban private donations to election causes. (CTCL & CEIR) Ban election navigators. Counterfeiting a ballot should be as difficult as counterfeiting currency. All elections should be based upon constitutional requirements. Equal protection under the law must apply to all legal voters, I promise to protect the right to keep and bear arms. As George Washington said: "A free people ought not only to be armed, but disciplined; to which end a uniform and well-digested plan is requisite; and their safety and interest require that they should promote such manufactures as tend to render them independent of others for essential, particularly military, supplies." Health Care After more than 10 years of healthcare reforms, it is more than clear that Congress has become part of the insurance business. Obamacare 1.0 and the failed-to-pass Obamacare 2.0 put the center of the reform in and around the insurance industry. In addition, Obamacare heavily taxed the average American to pay for that insurance. As a result, the cost for healthcare skyrocketed but the care did not improve. In fact, many small medical practices closed doors, making it harder for people to get access to Healthcare. Today our healthcare is not affordable and the coverage is not easy to access due to high deductibles. Solution: We need to get the Government out of the health insurance business and focus on elevating doctor/patient relationships. Using that as a foundation brick, we need to lower the costs of healthcare and reduce unnecessary third-party involvement. Tax relief is very needed in the area of healthcare. I am also asking 2nd district constituencies with similar ideas to share them, as I want to draft (or co-sponsor) a bill in the first year of Congress, if elected, to address the issue of accessing low-cost, quality healthcare.

CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY

Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.

Agree

I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.

Disagree

2ND AMENDMENT

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

We need more weapons training not more laws.

Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.

Strongly Disagree
