Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

When the life of the mother is in danger. I think we should have a system all over the country where we have couples who cannot conceive be ready to adopt babies from Rape and Incest

What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of radical Islamic terrorism?

Enforce the laws on the books. Build the wall .E Verify everyone.Send everyone home who has overstayed their Visas. People coming from countries of Islam need to be extreme vetted. Fill out the forms just like everyone else and go to the end of the line. keep the fight in Islamic countries. We need to go to the masques in our country and see what they are preaching about.Trust but Verify We need to do everything we can to protect the American citizens

What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers in the Constitution?

Mankind is greedy. Mankind makes mistakes.Mankind does not follow the Golden Rule. With all of these faults the Founders made sure that we follow the Constitution and the Rule of Law

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I was baptized a Catholic. I went to catholic grade school and high school. My mom and dad taught us right from wrong. I follow the Catholic doctrine and I do believe in God. I believe there is a heaven and hell. And what we do on earth will decide where we go after death.

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and immigration, which of the following best describes you overall?

Conservative

Please provide publicly available information validating your answer to the previous question.

What is the difference between very conservative and conservative. It is the same. Just as liberal. if you are very liberal you are liberal. Why did you not have the same answer for Moderate. Are you very moderate or somewhat moderate. You do not have those options. Just my opinion

How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?

we need to bring back more insurance companies to the table for health insurance. We need to defund Obamacare and bring health care back to the states. Get all of the people out of the emergency rooms and send them to clinics. Have competition between insurance companies and be able to cross state lines. Competition will bring down the cost of premiums and deductibles Medicare for only who need it. Take out all of the fraud in claims and people who should not be on medicare. Get people back to work so that the employer will have insurance for their employees.I am open to all suggestions.Iowa will have 2 more insurance companies by the first of the year who will provide health insurance. This will give more options and hopefully lower premiums and deductibles

What role should government play in boosting the economy?

Government needs to stay out of the way. Keep taxes lower regulations less that have nothing to do with owning a business and make all trade agreements good for the American worker and owner.

What changes should be made to the tax code?

2018 Federal Income Tax Brackets and New Tax Rates. The new tax rules retain seven federal income tax brackets, but tax rates and thresholds have changed. In 2018, there are seven federal tax brackets: 10%, 12%, 22%, 24%, 32%, 35% and 37%. The bracket depends on taxable income and filing status. We are taxed way too much. People do not mind to pay their fair share . We have our own local taxes sales school, property and state. The American people want fair taxes for everyone. Maybe a federal sales tax would solve the problem. Get rid of everyone else. This would have to go to a vote to the American citizens. and start with 1 or 2 states to begin with. Trial run

What is the best way to bring down unemployment?

Unemployment is at its lowest ever. I support President Trump shoulder to shoulder on his trade deals. Start all over with trade deals with all countries. Repatriate all of the money from offshore. Bring back these company from other countries. Lower the business rate of tax so we can compete with all of the countries all over the world.

How would you guarantee Social Security benefits for future generations?

Take out the fraud in Social Security. Stop borrowing from the social security to fund other bills. Do not pass laws that are not funded. We need to have a trial run with raising the benefit age. Start with 1 state and see how it works. Also start getting out of Social Security. for Example. anyone over 40 keeps their social security. anyone from 20 to 40 can have social security benefits when retired or have the option not too take social security out of their checks. Anyone who starts working with their 1st check has no social security taken out of their check and will not rely on social security when they retire. They will have none. Start with 1 state work out the kinks and then add more states Also work with the age requirement for those who want social security and those who do not want it.
