Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
To save the life of the mother.
What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of radical Islamic terrorism?
We should stay out of wars that are not approved by Congress. We need to get out of the unconstitutional wars we are in. Let Congress so their job and let us see if we can minimize the blowback from going into wars that are not authorized by the Congress.
What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers in the Constitution?
They were very concern with Tyranny. They felt any person get corrupt. They were concerns that one person would give himself too much power.
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I am Pro-Life and also a person should be allowed to have a quality of life. I believe in the non-aggression foreign policy. I believe that one's beliefs are personal and that it's between him and his Creator. I am fully aware of the passage that only God can open eyes.
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and immigration, which of the following best describes you overall?
Conservative
Please provide publicly available information validating your answer to the previous question.
I don't believe in the spending we are doing and placing it on the backs of our children. I believe that only Congress has the power to declare war. I am a Constitutionalist so that means I believe that State's have the right to determine their own policy as enumerated in the 10th Amendment. I want to be careful not to trespass on Rights just as I have been trespassed against. I see and experience before my eyes a real war going on now with our government trespassing and declaring a war on our Bill of Rights. So you will notice all my answers have been carefully placed with that in mind. I might not be correct in some area but I demonstrated caution not to violate those Rights that we defended over 200 years ago.
How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?
I am all for free and open markets. We have never tried it before. We have always had regulations placed on it either by the Federal government or by the State. As an example, I had the same insurance at one time for over 25 years and when I moved to the State I live now, I found it to be eighty dollars cheaper. I believe the Republicans are working on it and you will see it to full fruition when we are done.
What role should government play in boosting the economy?
The Government needs to get out of the way, it needs to get rid of a lot of regulations that are in place now and they also need to stop the corruption that I see some are still doing legally.
What changes should be made to the tax code?
A fair tax or get rid of it all together and implement a tariff on all goods that come to this county but get rid of the income tax altogether. I could vote for something like that if it was on the table. This is how our government ran before 1913.
What is the best way to bring down unemployment?
We need to get rid of some of these regulations that are impeding growth. Not only at the Federal level but my State needs to work on it also. Our government needs to get out of the way to allow for innovation like it was when we were an economic powerhouse when it all began. We also need to reduce the government. It's too big and bloated.
How would you guarantee Social Security benefits for future generations?
People are living longer and we may have to raise the age before we get benefits. I would not mind allowing for the very wealthy to pay into it without getting any of the benefits. It would be a tax on the rich but at the same time, they can be allowed to get out of the system. A kind of a freedom tax from the government with all the intrusions they place with those who get those benefits.
What education or experience qualifies you to hold the office for which you seek election?
I bring a lot of life experience fighting with fighting my civil rights. I know when the government intrudes on our Bill of Rights. It seems to be lost to those who took an oath of office to protect it. They don't seem to care about it either. It is not just a battle for keeping those Rights, we are passed that, it's an all-out war placed on our citizens. From Due Process with civil asset forfeiture to our Second Amendment by placing restrictions on it.

Is there anything else you would like voters to know about you?
If you do some research on me, you will understand a little more of my positions I am taking and where I stand. I have a paper trail of fighting for our rights. I am a widower who understands how it feels to lose a child and a loved one. I bring this up because I want to make sure you understand that I also have visited Auschwitz. I have seen what an out of control government can do to its citizens and the horrific crimes they can commit without our Second Amendment. I am also very careful about trespassing on Rights so some of the answers I gave is on the side of caution. It does not mean I am firm with a few of my answers, it's just being careful that we do have a 9th and 10 Amendments in play.
