16. What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers within the Constitution?
I believe several factors caused America's Founders to carefully define powers within our Constitution. First I believe divine wisdom and guidance played a vital role in the writing of our Constitution. Secondly an understanding that without these defined, separated and limited powers government left to its own would seek greater power and suppress the will of the people in order to bring gain to themselves. Thus the checks and balances where installed to prevent such abuse of power.
17. The founders established pure democracy in the Constitution because they believed that it is the best form of government to ensure the safety and equitable treatment of all citizens.

God, Voters, Constitution, Supreme Court, Congress
19. Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
After over a decade of being a born again Christian, my beliefs and values are formed heavily upon the Scriptures. Jesus is the one and only Son of God, His birth, death and resurrection made away for forgiveness to come for all mankind. This is the only way unto salvation afforded by Scripture. Scripture declares that life begins at conception and end at natural death. Scripture also defines marriage as one man and one women for life. Life and family are two of the main pillars in which our society is formed and we are commanded to defend them at all cost!
