12. Should abortion be allowed under extenuating circumstances? If so, what circumstances?

If the life of the mother would be endangered.

13. What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers within the Constitution?

The inherent tendency toward evil. ----- With reference to question #6 I strongly support photo identification. I do not think proof of citizenship is practical to carry to the polls. Your question conflates the two issues in a compound question. A drivers license does not prove citizenship.

14. List your six (6) most important political endorsements.

Endorsements have not even begun. ------------- Continued answer to question #12 - In cases of forcible rape or incest I have voted for statutes with these exceptions.

15. Based on the Declaration of Independence and the U.S. Constitution, please arrange the following entities, starting with the highest source of authority, and continue the list in descending order of authority, skipping any that do not apply: Academia, Congress, Constitution, God, Industry, Media, Professional Sports, Supreme Court, Voters.
