Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
Anytime a woman wants to. It's her body and if she decides she wants to abort then it should be allowed anytime. We should legalize marijuana usage in 50 states because marijuana users are less likely to have unwanted children compared to others who have been drinking and that make bad choices while they are intoxicated.

What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of radical Islamic terrorism?
Nothing. They should push for peace instead of war or maybe we should just mind our own business and just worry about our problems here. I do not support the USA having to be the world police no more, we can't even take care of our own country and it's people.

What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers in the Constitution?
Our government is suppose to be 'by the people for the people' and these separate and limited powers are created for checks and balance within government and to keep the government 'for the people by the people'. Our government is set in place to protect us from rule from a king or a supreme leader, we get the opportunity as people to re-elect our officials and to also hold them accountable to the Constitution.

I'm a 3rd party/Indy candidate. I may side with conservatives or liberals on different issues or I may not agree with either. I reserve the right to make up my own mind on issues, but I'll always take in to account what my constituents want and need from their government.

How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?
I'd legalize medical marijuana in all 50 states. States who have legalized save 20-30% in overall healthcare cost. That could help ease our need for healthcare. I believe in a open market healthcare system. I believe those with medical conditions should have a government program like medicaid or medicare that that can use to take care of their medical needs. I believe those people who are on a government medical program should pay what they can afford on a sliding fee scale. I don't believe anyone should lose everything just because they are sick, there has to be a social security net to help those people who can't help themselves. Private insurance should be private and unregulated and medicaid/medicare should be updated to help all with pre-existing conditions

What role should government play in boosting the economy?
The government needs to promote doing business from within our country. We need to start producing our own goods again. We need to provide ourselves our own services as well. We need to quit shipping our work overseas. Our government should be promoting small businesses that could flourish under the right conditions, but right now small business pay a ton to the government just to stay in business. We need to promote better k-12 education so our children can have better opportunities and so they can be educated enough to take our country back from all this inferior foreign goods and service providers.
What changes should be made to the tax code?
I think the government needs to lower taxes for everyone and the only way they do that is by creating new economy. I believe marijuana should be legalized across the board because it's the large industry the we could create tons of economy and sustainable industry from and we could also lower our need on medical care and on the policing and jailing of low lever marijuana offenses.

What is the best way to bring down unemployment?
Create jobs by legalizing marijuana in all 50 states for medical, recreational, and industrial purposes. This would create tons of jobs and tax revenue.

How would you guarantee Social Security benefits for future generations?
Legalize marijuana, create that extra tax revenue we need while saving our health system billions. People who want marijuana legalization doesn't really mind their product being taxed. No other industry would stand for that.

Is there anything else you would like voters to know about you?
I'm a single issue candidate for the legalization of marijuana. Some may think it's trivial but I believe this single issue can do so much to help improve so many issue we have in our country. Marijuana is safer than cigarettes, alcohol, or prescription drugs yet we criminalize it and we charge our taxpayers billions to enforce these antiquated laws all while we could be producing economy, saving in medical costs, and helping our environment. I think it's a obvious thing to do, legalize in all 50 states! Peace and Love if you read all this!!
