OTHER INFORMATION

QUESTIONNAIRE

RIGHT TO LIFE

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

life of a mother, incest, rape if police reports filed

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

Strongly Agree

Organizations that give money to Planned Parenthood should be defunded and lose their IRS statuses.

I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.

Strongly Disagree

ECONOMY

What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?

simplification, flatten rates, lower income taxes, complete elimination of death taxes, stop double taxing overseas income, further phase out of SALT deductions

What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?

There is hardly a department or a line item where dramatic cuts need to be made. Many parts of the state and federal government need to be eliminated. We are broke. So broke that we can't steal from future generations; the money printing needed to cover the government spending is increasing inflation.

Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.

Strongly Disagree

The big academia is getting a ton of government handouts as it is; no to additional subsidies.

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

Strongly Disagree

Under what circumstances can government close churches?

None. More than keeping it open, A.C.Berrett is wrong to allow Newsom to ban signing in churches. The number of 'cases' is completely irrelevant: churches and synagogues stay open at all times with no restrictions or government mandates.

HEALTHCARE

What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.

C. One of the problems with abolishing Medicare is people spent decades planning on it being there. One can't or shouldn't upset that planning. Parts of Medicaid should be abolished: the parts that are not for the poor and/or elderly. In the this century in the US able bodied child-less adults without disabilities should not be anywhere near Medicaid regardless of income.

Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?

None. To the extent that it's not legal already, institutions shouldn't even be allowed to ask. The idea of one's vaccine working based on someone else taking it is ridiculous. For the first time in human history the shortcomings of vaccines are blamed on people who didn't take them.

NATIONAL SECURITY

What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?

Limited and conditional support reformists, subject to strict renewals. If a Biden administration comes along then pulling the plug on such programs and involvement is prudent. When in power, the Afghanistan-surrender-to-Taliban crowd is likely to give that support to Islamists vs. reformists.

I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.

Strongly Disagree

Hostile to the idea of making parts of Jewish land free of Jews to appease jihadist and leftist foreign and domestic political forces.

IMMIGRATION

The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.

Strongly Agree

Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?

Lots of different people should be welcomed in but certainly not the freeloader and drug cartel approved crowd that's getting in through the southern border, which is now at annual rates higher than populations of Latvia or Estonia. Examples of who should be allowed in: interpreters that helped the US military, Christian pastors persecuted by Turkish and other Islamist forces, Jews fleeing European leftists' bans on circumcision or kosher meat, discriminated anti-abortion activists of Europe, Hong Kong and general Chinese opposition to the Chinese Communist party, persecuted Canadian truckers, pro-liberty capitalist opposition of Putin, Castro, Maduro, N.Korean rocket man, etc. Too many other examples to list.

EDUCATION

I support school choice, including voucher programs, tax credits, charter schools, private schools, and home schools.

Strongly Agree

Strongest possible support of school choice. It's a civil rights issue for blacks; it's good for Catholics, Jews, and others. It's even good for public schools for competition makes them more efficient and more accountable to parents. It's an economic issue as better output for less money frees up government budgets and allows lowering of tax rates. Only the leadership of the union mob and the Democratic party loses with school choice.

VALUES

Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.

Strongly Agree

I support adding gender identity as a specially protected class in non-discrimination laws.

Strongly Disagree

My gender identity is vehement opposition to accommodation of mental sickness of 60+, 80+, 1234+, etc. genders.

Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition

Choose not to answer

Short of special cases, such as abuse in polygamy, there should be little government involvement. All power and even definitions of it should be held in religious institutions. Wills and probate government functions are or can be done without having to define from where the union came from; the government already considers in-law marriage based on cohabitation.

I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.

Strongly Disagree

Institutions pushing or accommodating CRT should be held accountable for violations of the 14th amendment.

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

Jewish, fairly observant.

ELECTIONS AND VOTING

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

Strongly Disagree

Even by mail there should be additional photographic verification.

What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?

Shrink early voting period to two weeks or less; long early vote periods really challenging for voters and for campaigns. Voting by mail or early should be done with valid excuses only. Ban electronic signature pads - very hard to get them to match ink and paper. Get rid of Spanish and other non-English language parts of ballots. One should understand in English what's being asked on the ballot. Cameras in all polling locations. Add runoffs to party primaries. Ban drop off boxes: one should pay for postage or arrange to get to their board of elections to deliver their ballot - a small hurdle in exchange for voting not on elections days. Block COVID mask and other such restrictions. Stricter cross-state checks on voter registrations. Automatic voter removal upon death certificates in all states. Add conceal carry permits as a valid form of voter photo ID. Spread both paper and non-internet connecting machines to all states. Prosecute whoever is allowing private funding of election processes, whoever allowed Zuckerbucks should be in jail.

EQUALITY

Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?

It's not. All 17 or so white supremacists in their mothers' basements aren't anywhere near that kind of threat. Philadelphia voter-intimidating Black Panther racists are also not rising to that threat level.

Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.

Strongly Disagree

Is Obama getting $$? How about the billionaires like Oprah? What about white people who came here 1.5 centuries after the war defeat of Democratic Party? Is Kamala Harris getting $$?

ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT

Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.

A. Global warming is a modern day idolatry: China stands up one coal plant every two weeks or less. If there was man-caused global warming due to fossil fuels then the planet would have been fried by now. The alarmist global warning big academia models were proven to be junk not just via hacked/leaked central repository in East Anglia University, but in the fact that years later the temperatures and sea levels didn't go anywhere near the predictions. Hence renaming of global warming to climate change.

I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.

Strongly Agree

Tax all municipalities and other entities that obstruct the fracking. It's a critical national security and economic activity. It's also a critical component for income and wealth inequality; feeds into cost of living.

ABOUT YOU

What do you think is the general purpose of government?

Limited. A necessary evil that needs constant oversight vigilance and pruning. The 10th amendment is under-rated; it's one of the greatest. The state government should also be limited. However, the state government has a duty to reign in out of control municipal ordinances, mask and other 'mandates', and even gun laws.

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?

Very Conservative

I somewhat object to linear classifications. Conservative implies conserving something or slowing down change. I'm very much in favor of change in regards to school choice, true religious discrimination. I'm in favor of going after the state government of Colorado for persecuting the bake shop. The deep state has taken over the State Department. Seemingly unanswerable to anyone, the State Department seems to run its own foreign policy regardless of American interests or of who is elected.

Please provide publicly available information, including interviews and media reports, validating your answer to the previous question (other than your website).

Links in the public profile validate the positions.

Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized in either civil or criminal court for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.

No.

What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?

I hate big government.

CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY

Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.

Strongly Agree

I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.

Strongly Disagree

2ND AMENDMENT

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

Some limitations: proven, adjudicated mental health types, serious criminals, etc. Artillery is obviously off limits.

Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.

Strongly Disagree

Spoons don't make people fat.
