Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
Who may allow what their Creator has forbidden? Who, among free humans has authority over any other human except their children? Murder is the intentional killing of another innocent human. It is inhumane insanity to murder an innocent child. All human life is constitutionally protected. Under no circumstances could abortion be “legally” allowed. Law is explicit, precise, & immutable. Pursuant to Article I, II & VI of the U.S. Constitution; U.S. Supreme Court decisions are never the Law of the Land; U.S. Supreme Court Justices hold their Offices during good behavior; shall be bound by the law; and, must support the Constitution. The constitution alone determines if any law is unconstitutional. And pursuant to the law of non-contradiction, a law must be either constitutional or unconstitutional. Therefore, any judge or justice that rules contrary to the constitution ends their good behavior forfeiting and vacating their office.

Knowing the distinction & difference between God, Church, State, & Religion; a spirit is an intangible character trait, conviction, feeling, emotion, or mood having no effect on humans unless & until accepted by & engaged in by any human. There are two categories of spirits; good & evil. Spirits of God, include the spirits of; charity, compassion, courage, discernment, discipline, faith, fidelity, generosity, grace, harmony, holiness, honor, hope, hospitality, humility, justice, light, logic, love, mercy, patience, peace, perseverance, productivity, prudence, purity, reason, rectitude, self-control, strength, temperance, truth, understanding, and, wisdom. Spirits of evil, include the spirits of; adultery, coveting, darkness, deceit, delusion, depravity, derision, destruction, duplicity, envy, fallacy, fantasy, gluttony, gossip, greed, hate, ignorance, immorality, indifference, lust, malice, narcissism, pride, procrastination, slander, sloth, sorcery, thieving, vanity, & violence.

Compromising our constitution & enacting repressive socialist legislation which has ignored individual sovereignty; violated the separation of Church & State; & seized our free market economy is the root cause of U.S. problems. If restoring traditional values equals repealing all socialist law; recognizing individual sovereignty; honoring the separation of Church & State; & restoring free markets; I’m very conservative. If moderate means keeping within proper constitutional limits,I’m moderate. However, in view of “The law of excluded middle” “there is no middle ground between true & false. Every statement has to be true or false. Therefore, no political proposition could ever be in the middle; but must always be the extreme true or false; which would be by definition extreme or radical. If favoring or advocating reform of our current illicit government to its lawful state by continuous improvement properly defines a “progressive liberal”, I’m very liberal.

White washing is done with a broad brush. However, a fine artist’s brush is required to distinguish the diversity of colors inspiring clarity & beauty. The media speak in broad generalities reporting obvious causes for concern; broadcasting excessive quarreling with unsupported contradictory opinions; but, without any honest or reasonable debate about either the causes or possible solutions. And, only misleading & distracting the public from recognizing the tragic position we are in because of the full scale scandalous perversion, fraud & adultery against us, our constitution, & our government official’s oaths of office. Political power is currently inverted posing a ruling class. Courts of law are now courts of chance. And, Instead of being governed by the rule of law; we are now governed by the rule of lawyers.
