The founding fathers saw how religious persecution was based on what the King of England believed at any given time. They saw corruption based on who was in favor and who was not. The Founding Fathers also saw what happens when someone has unlimited power and the abuses of other human beings that follow.

19. Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

If you follow the ten commandments, you will never hurt another human being. People need a hand up not a hand out If you feed a man a fish you feed him for a day, if you teach a man to fish you feed him for a lifetime, Confucious If you make good decisions, good things happen These are just a few statments that show what I stand for. I believe that you always stand up for what is right even if it is not the most popular thing to do. I also believe that each new day is a new day to try again. You will not always triumph but you never give up.
