18. Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I believe that all men are created in the image of God. I also believe that because of Adams sin a sin nature was passed on to all men and because of this they are in need of restoration to God. God understanding this, sent his son Jesus Christ to die on the cross and rise again so that men would have the means by which to be restored to God. If men believe that Jesus died and rose again , they are saved from the consequences of unbelief which is eternal separation from God. I believe that this believe in Jesus Christ was held by many if not most of our founding fathers. I believe with them that a constitutional republic cannot survive without the moral undergirding of a people who follow the ways of God found in the bible which addresses the natural condition of man , a means for restoration and is a guide for living daily life. This is the key to our nations issues. With God in Jesus we stand as a nation, without God in Jesus Christ we fall. I choose God in Jesus...how about you?
