What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers in the Constitution?
Our founders realized that power usually breeds corruption, causing leaders to govern for their own selfish benefit. The Constitution created a system that prevents any one man from amassing too much power by dividing duties between three branches of government, with each having ability to limit the other 2. This arrangement worked well until recently, when one branch was allowed to ignore limits properly placed upon it.
Based on the Declaration of Independence and the U.S. Constitution, please arrange the following entities, starting with the highest source of authority, and continue the list in descending order of authority, skipping any that do not apply: Academia, Congress, Constitution, God, Industry, Media, Professional Sports, Supreme Court, Voters.
1-God 2-Constitution 3-Congress, Supreme Court and Voters are defined in Constitution. All People are protected, meaning not just Voters. Nothing assures your feelings won't be hurt.
Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
The 14th amendment, which is man's law, empowers a person to rights after birth. Whether life begins at conception and prior to birth is a different matter that science will never be able to disprove. God's Word references a time "Before I formed you in the womb" implying that we have unique identities even prior to conception. Knowing this makes it difficult to commit murder without additional information. If a pregnancy is a significant risk to the mother, then the choice to undergo medical surgery lies with the mother.
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
YHVH, the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, is the one, true, Holy God. He is known by several names, but I prefer the unpronounceable name YHVH. The Trinity consists of God the Father; YHVH, God the Son; Yahshua (Jesus), and God the Holy Spirit, whose name I do not know. Man is born hopelessly corrupt and cannot commune with the creator, who is Holy. YHVH sent His only begotten Son to earth as a man to absolve all mankind of our sin, thereby granting us salvation. Without accepting Yahshua, we cannot know the Glory of God or heaven. No one comes to the Father except through Yahshua. The Holy Bible is the Word of God which we are to study. We are to strive to live by His Law, knowing we will fall short. As in our past, the Bible should again be taught in public schools. Right now, we are living during the final moments of the Biblical End Times. This means that right now satan is alive and very busy on planet earth. Now, more that ever, we need Godly leaders.
Considering all issues (social, economic, national security, etc.), which of these best describes you?
Conservative
Please defend your answer to the previous question by referencing your publicly available track record.
My work helping humans around the world suffering from Neurotoxic Spongi-Fibrous Parasitic Syndrome proves that I am generous and will not back away from challenges despite the obstacles. It also shows I stick with projects until results are achieved. If being a Christian is ever declared to be illegal, there is ample evidence to convict me. I include an icon of Christ carrying a Cross on the labels of my products, which, btw, laws protecting big pharma prevent me from adequately describing. You won't find anything about my Bank VP activities or my engineering or my oilfield activities because I have never been arrested or caused damage or death. I am outspoken about the overreach of governments and will work to restore freedoms young people don't realize have been taken away.
E-mail address and phone number for voters to reach you.

Additional comment from candidate:
Question 9. I would also include GSP (or GNP) of the prior year in this calculation. 10. I knew classmates from HS who grew up smoking marijuana even though it was illegal. They were never arrested but always had access. Therefore, since present laws are ineffective, this subject needs to be reconsidered. 11. sharia law should be strictly prohibited. Period. 12. This question will confuse many readers. Our founders established a Republican Form of Government, where qualified citizens chose reputable leaders to govern. Sadly, this distinction has been lost, with most believing we are a democracy subject to the direct rule of the people. Pure democracies will fail because of the greed and stupidity of the masses. I do not quip instant answers to serious questions and I reserve the right to research and rethink everything. If I am ever told to vote for it so I can read it, I will veto it. Every time. God Bless Texas!
