1. Free enterprise and the right to private property turn mankind's natural self interest into the fairest and most productive economic system there is, and are the key to national prosperity.

14. Briefly list three (3) political or legislative issues of most concern to you, and explain why each is important to you.

1. Inner City Decay and intentional government caused poverty - No education (Detroit drop out 73%, Indianapolis 70%, Baltimore 50%, San Antonio 55%, Hispanics nationwide 50%)no industry jobs (90 million out of work) as we have destroyed our industrial base. Higher taxes cause gentrification and people are forced out of their homes and into section 8 housing. LOCAL CONTROL IS NEEDED of the schools and the economy. The EPA has killed 60,000 factories. 2. Federal lawlessness. The federal government has ILLEGALLY against article V and the 10th amendment taken and destroyed the 1st, 4th, 5th, 6th, 8th, 9th,10th,14th and 27th amendment as well as failed to follow Article I, V, VI. Obama is illegally siting in the UN security counsel. The Senate has taken several illegal votes violating their oaths and article V. Taking a vote to give gun control to the UN should be a crime against US article V. 3. Debt and currency collapse. We are at this point, almost insolvent.

15. Should abortion be allowed under extenuating circumstances? If so, what circumstances?

I do not support any action that takes any tax funds for the purpose of using any medical procedure to stop a beating heart with any mechanical or otherwise destruction of the unborn. That being said, I would support legislation that would allow for abortion for life threatening (that the Doctor decides, not the person as in N.Y.) as well as incest or rape. I also support for abuse, adultery and abandonment as long as their is NOT a heart beating. I support funding for crisis pregnancy centers, other adoption agencies as well as sonograms mandatory for mothers to see their unborn prior to any procedure. I support adoption, and education about the unborn. Since DNA and microbiology as well as cancer research have totally debunked evolution as a viable scientific explanation for our existence, perhaps we should start to overturn the 1963 supreme court decision that rewrote the 1st amendment and restricted people and churches and allow kids to hear about the creator.

16. Based on the Declaration of Independence and the U.S. Constitution, please arrange the following entities, starting with the highest source of authority, and continue the list in descending order of authority, skipping any that do not apply: Academia, Congress, Constitution, God, Industry, Media, Professional Sports, Supreme Court, Voters.

God, Constitution, Voters, Congress, Supreme Court

17. Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I believe in Jesus, God in the flesh. I believe in the one true God who came in flesh, suffered under Pontious Pilate, was crusified, died and was buried. He descended into hell for three days and was resurrected On the third day he rose from the dead. He ascended and sits at the right hand of the father. The scientific secular sources of Jesus was indisputable. He existed, he was tried and crucified and certified dead. He was seen three days later by Pilates men, Herod certified of his power and Flavious Joeshpus recorded he walking around for 40 days prior to His ascension. I accept His grace for the redemption of my sins, and talk of His gift to those who would hear evidence of who He is, and what He brings.
