Only when the life of the mother is in question, and only then with adequate counseling.

There is no situation that a parent is denied access to what their children are being taught.

When should parents be restricted from speaking in school board meetings?

At anytime that public comments are being offered, there should be no restrictions. Schools Boards should be subject to the same accountability factors as any other elected office.

Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.
