QUESTIONNAIRE
RIGHT TO LIFE
Human life begins at conception and deserves legal protection at every stage until natural death.
Strongly Agree
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive taxpayer funds or grants from federal, state, or local governments.
Strongly Agree
I support the Born Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act, which requires health care providers to provide life-saving treatment for infants who survive an attempted abortion.
Strongly Agree
Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
As life begins at conception, abortion should be considered the same way any operation that will end in the death of a patient is considered. If an operation that ends in the death of a child in the womb is somehow necessary to save at least the mother's life when both are in danger, then that decision should be up to the doctors who best understand the situation. This should not be a loophole to get abortions on demand but instead a compassionate understanding towards mothers in extremely difficult situations who are forced to make these choices by chance.
ECONOMY
It is the government’s responsibility to ensure everyone has a livable income.
Disagree
Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.
Strongly Agree
How would you guarantee Social Security benefits for future generations?
Social Security is in danger. Congress needs to find creative ways to continue its solvency as the world changes, and that will almost certainly include restricting benefits or changing eligibility.
What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?
Cut back on the size of the bureaucracy by reducing regulations and reducing the scope of authority of overgrown federal agencies.
Under what circumstances should taxpayers help pay off existing student loans?
If that is even something the government could afford with a decreased budget, it would be only as a positive incentive to debtors. For example, forgiving a portion of their student loans after they have made substantial progress or had a history of good payments in order to encourage good habits.
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
Governments should not discriminate against individuals, organizations or small businesses because of their belief that marriage is only a union of one man and one woman.
Strongly Agree
Religious liberty is at risk in the United States and deserves the highest level of protection in the law.
Strongly Agree
I promise to protect the freedom of Christians to share the Gospel and to practice Biblical principles.
Yes
What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?
The government should let the church be and reduce interference in religious beliefs and practices. The strong arm of government should not be used to control religious beliefs.
HEALTHCARE
It is the government’s responsibility to ensure everyone has health insurance.
Disagree
I support the elimination of private healthcare insurance.
Disagree
How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?
Supporting transparency in healthcare while maintaining the free market choices available to citizens will go a long way to improving the options people have.
NATIONAL SECURITY
The best way to maintain peace is through a strong military.
Agree
What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of radical Islamic terrorism?
We should defend our interests against radical Islamic threats within and from the Middle East and beyond while ensuring we do not overextend our reach as we have in the past. We should also ensure our allies do their part when they are threatened so that the burden does not fall solely on our military.
IMMIGRATION
I am in favor of construction of a wall and other necessary infrastructure on our border that gives complete control over entering and exiting the United States.
Agree
Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) should be abolished.
Strongly Disagree
State and federal funds should be denied to any public or private entity, including but not limited to sanctuary cities, that are not in compliance with immigration laws.
Agree
Employers should be required to use E-verify to confirm the eligibility of their employees to work in the United States.
Strongly Agree
Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?
Those who will greatly benefit the U.S. economically, educationally, or socially. The primary determinant should not be the color of their skin or their national origin but instead their ability to contribute to our economy and culture.
EDUCATION
Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.
Disagree
VALUES
Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.
Strongly Agree
I support adding sexual orientation, gender identity and gender expression as protected classes in non-discrimination laws.
Disagree
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
God-fearing and churchgoing Christian.
ABOUT YOU
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and immigration, which of the following best describes you overall?
Very Conservative
Please provide publicly available information validating your answer to the previous question.

Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.
No.
Is there anything else you would like voters to know about you?
I do not intend to become a career politician. That's why I support term limits. The longer someone is in office, the less connected they are to the issues regular constituents face every day. You can easily see with some of the longest serving politicians that they are in it for personal gain with service as a means to an end. I am not going to be like that.
CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
Mandatory minimum sentencing should be required and enforced for violent crimes.
Strongly Agree
2ND AMENDMENT
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
Only those found through due process to present a clear and present danger to others should be denied their Second Amendment rights in order to protect public safety. No law-abiding citizens should have their rights taken away without due process.
OTHER IMPORTANT ISSUES
I support BDS (boycott, divestment, and sanction) against Israel if they refuse to allow the creation of a Palestinian state.
Strongly Disagree
I support the legalization of recreational marijuana.
Disagree
Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.
Disagree
The Electoral College should be abolished.
Disagree
In priority order, what three areas of legislation do you propose to author or sponsor if elected?
Tax cuts, balanced budget, term limits
Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?
It is at times a threat to different levels around the country. Some cities and states have vastly different racial makeups and issues than others, as can be seen in Georgia's 7th District with the diversity of Gwinnett and Forsyth counties compared to the rest of the country. The issues that face California or Chicago are very different than the issues that face Forsyth and Gwinnett. If government were to take action on this issue, it should be primarily at the state and county/city level with some federal backing as needed.
