The founders intended limited and representative government to be more answerable and accountable to the people, for whom the government both represents and works for. The founders of our constitution wanted to protect the people from a potentially tyrannical government. The diffusion of power amongst the branches of government was created to check the other branches and ensure the government was truly of, by and for the people.

Balancing our federal budget, national debt reduction, reduction of government spending and limiting the scope of government in the private sector. All four are crucial in ensuring long-term economic prosperity, limited government, and promoting both domestic and global economic competitiveness for American businesses.

Abortion should only be allowed in the cases of rape, incest, and when the mother's life is in danger.
