The undue influence of the American Bar Association and its agents have subverted our legal justice system to a point where, less than 2% of our citizens receipt jury trials, fraud goes unchecked in our court system in violation of the judges oath of office under 5 USC 2902-2906 “No man in this country is so high that he is above the law.

1. Judicial corruption is going unchecked in this nation. With judges in the appellate sections. Issuing unsigned orders which cannot be authenticated or verified. Depriving millions of Americans of the due process rights under color of law and authority. US Supreme Court case 10 – 10236. 2. judges and lawyers are allowed to make false statements in court.under false pretenses of judicial immunity in violation of 18 USC 1001 and other criminal statutes. Victims and defendants are unjustly held to. 3. Our legislative bodies encourage judicial an attorney misconduct and fraud by not taking remedial action against the criminal misconduct of these agents even though the code requires that to do so. “No man in this country is so high that he is above the law. No officer of the law may set that law at defiance with impunity. All the officers of the government from the highest to the lowest, are creatures of the law, and are bound to obey it.
17. Should abortion be allowed under extenuating circumstances? If so, what circumstances?
It is my belief that no civilized person really wants to kill unborn babies. However governments around the world have thriving markets for sex slaves and child trafficking in the sex slave industry. Its estimated 30 million minors are kidnapped and or sold into sex slavery every year around the world. Education in the prevention of pregnancy should be our number one goal in this nation. Once again our courts have failed this segment of society by routinely putting child traffickers backed out on the street and allowing slick fast talking lawyers to frustrate justice to keep this industry alive. Government has the responsibility of protecting all citizens not just the wealthy 1% “State courts, like federal courts, have a constitutional obligation to safeguard personal liberties and to uphold federal law.” Stone v Powell, 428 US 465, 483 n 35, 96 S. Ct 3037, 49 L Ed. 2d 1067 (1976)”

I am a Christian and member of the forest Heights Baptist Church forest Heights Maryland. I don't know why but God has sent me out on a mission to try to assist victims of judicial and legal corruption. I have no idea how it will turn out but I must believe and follow what I believe to be the will of God that I stay out and publicly fight for the reestablishment of rights and liberties of all in this nation. Our founding fathers resulted fit that we be one nation under God indivisible with rights and liberties for all in the language was incorporated in our Constitution and Bill of Rights. Whatever I do whether in church or in my pursuit as a activist for victims rights. Each day I strive to comply with Bible teaching Train up a child in the way he should go,and when he is old he will not depart from it.
