What should be the relationship between the church and the state?

The Declaration of Independence references God 4 times;.."to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the laws of nature and of nature's God entitle them.." "We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their creator with certain unalienable rights.." "...with a firm reliance on the protection of Divine Providence..." "We mutually pledge to each other our lives, our fortunes and our sacred honor." Our founders had a clear understanding of whom God is and reminds us our freedom and our citizenship is a sacred honor granted to us by God. There is no separation of church and state. Thomas Jefferson was not implying that when he wrote to the Danbury Baptist Church. He was stating it was not for the federal government to decide and make a ruling on the squabble within the church community as it is was local issue that should be dealt with locally. John Witherspoon on May 17,1776 preached what has become a significant sermon in U.S. history. Based upon Psalm 76:10, the sermon was titled The Dominion of Providence Over the Passions of Men. Much of the Declaration of Independence was written with references to various church sermons. Our Rights are given to us by God; Government is supposed to protect those rights.


HEALTHCARE

Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?

Absolutely none. Our bodies are sovereign and the temple of God. One should never be forced to put something into their body when it goes against their moral, religious, philosophical or personal beliefs and values.

What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.

Option D most closely matches my view on healthcare. Medicare and Medicaid phased out. However, there are some who should have access to medical coverage. For example, a person who contracts an autoimmune disease such as MS has done nothing to end up with MS and due to the previous pre-existing clauses became uninsurable. They should be covered. However, it is the creation of medical insurance that has driven the cost of medical care upward. It is time to reexamine our medical system from top to bottom. Too much emphasis given on pharmaceutical treatments not enough on focus on natural treatments, eating healthy and taking care of our bodies.


NATIONAL SECURITY

With regard to America's foreign policy, which view most closely resembles yours: A) The United States should intervene whenever freedom is threatened. B) The United States should selectively help countries trying to grow democracy and fight tyranny. C) The United States has become too involved in others' policies and should remain focused on issues regarding our own sovereignty unless in imminent danger. D) The United States should stay out of foreign conflicts completely.

A combination of B and C is closest. There is a danger in helping other countries. We must make sure we are not fomenting a regime change. If the people of a country ask for our assistance that is different. We are finding the media has been the propaganda arm of the military industrial complex. And we need to focus more on our own sovereignty. The number duty of the Federal Government is to protect our citizens.

I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.

What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?

This is not a simple question. There are multiple causes of Islamic Terrorism. We must also be careful as we are seeing those who are standing up for America and Constitutional values are being referred to as domestic terrorists or right wing terrorists. Taking that into consideration, when it comes to the United States, we must make sure our borders are strengthened and protected. We must know who is coming in these United States of America and what their objective is. Conduct background checks if possible. For those seeking employment with any government agency, thorough background must be conducted. Educate the youth with out use of propaganda. As for other nations, that is up to them on how to deal with Islamic terrorism/terrorists.


IMMIGRATION

The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.

Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?

Those who have the financial means to provide for themselves and if applicable, their families; those who are truly seeking asylum and it is verifiable. They person's seeking asylum must be sponsored by a legitimate business or non-profit that has been vetted. All who want to immigrate here must come in the front door, not sneak into the country.


VALUES

Sexual orientation and gender identity should be protected classes in non-discrimination laws.

Gender identity is a farce. We are either born male xx chromosomes or female xy chromosomes. If men say claim they identify as female, there is nothing to stop them from entering gyms, restrooms, changing areas that are meant for females. There have already been rapes and attacks that have occurred due to these claims. When it comes to male/female designated areas, neutral areas could be provided.

I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.

I am a follower of Jesus Christ. I believe Jesus is the son of God. God is the creator of all and Holy Spirit is our guide, our conscience. I believe in doing what is right, treating others with respect. I believe in Life, LIberty, and the pursuit of happiness with out causing injury or harm to others.

What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?

The U.S. Constitution, Article 1, Section 4, Clause 1 states, "The Times, Places and Manner of holding Elections for Senators and Representatives, shall be prescribed in each State by the Legislature thereof; but the Congress may at any time by Law make or alter such Regulations, except as to the Places of chusing Senators." Therefore, I will gladly sponsor a bill that requires voter identification, required voting in person, that all ballots be counted by hand, and provides for a national holiday for the general election and will recommend a state holiday for the primary elections. What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?

I am 100% a Constitutionalist. If any part of a bill is clearly unconstitutional, I will vote no. My staff and I will read every bill to ensure it is clearly Constitutional. If we find an item that does not meet the test and if I cannot get it removed then I will vote no without hesitation. There is no compromise on this issue. I will not compromise on my core values. I will negotiate but I will not compromise. We must have the intestinal fortitude to stand up for our country and those we serve. I am that person. I will not violate my Oath of Office. I will always say no to tyranny and the taking away of our rights. I will say yes to liberty, freedom and our God given rights.


CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY

Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.

I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.

We do need mental health and community programs. I am not convinced the funding should come from the police departments, however, there is a strong connection of crime committed by those with mental health challenges.
