No. Each person is protected equally under our constitution. A person is created at conception.

Selfishness. Each person is born into this world as a sinner (total depravity of man) and the natural tendency is to desire power and do what is best for yourself, even at the expense of others. The constitutional separation of powers is essential to an effective government. We are currently seeing the negative impacts of imbalance in our nation
