In a PCNTV On The Issues interview, Brandon Neuman described a good judge as someone with a "good temperament" who is fair and impartial, emphasizing that judges should not insert anything into the law; he further explained that in statutory construction, " words mean something," and a judge's role is to interpret them consistently with the Constitution and apply laws uniformly accross the Commonwealth.

In In the Interest of N.A.N. (2019). Judge Neuman authored the Court's opinion. The Court upheld termination of the father's parental rights under 23 Pa.C.S. § 2511, finding clear and convincing evidence that his long-term incarceration and failure to perform parental duties left adoption by the stepfather in the child's best interest.

In Wilson v. Commonwealth, 709 C.D. 2018 (2019). Judge Neuman authored the Court's opinion. The Court upheld dismissal of Wilson's license suspension appeal, holding that the officer lawfully pursued and arrested him outside his jurisdiction under the the Municipal Police Jurisdiction Act (MPJA) and had reasonable grounds for DUI, making the refusal to submit to chemical testing subject to suspesion under Pennsylvania Implied Consent Law.

Center for Coalfield Justice v. Washington County Bard of Elections (2024). Judge Neuman authored the Court's opinion. The Court held that the county's mail-in ballot policy violated procedural due process under the U.S. and Pennsylvania Constitutions because voters did not receive proper notice, and it ordered the county to tell voters if their ballots may not be counted and allow them to vote provisionally.
