Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
In cases of rape, incest, and to save the life of the child's mother.
What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of radical Islamic terrorism?
We should reduce the immigration quotas from countries that have large radical Islamic terrorist populations, maintain a strong military and Navy, and maintain DIA and military intelligence organizations.
What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers in the Constitution?
They were afraid that some rogue like George II would get elected to high office in America and then trample on the rights of the citizens, the same way that George III and his British Parliament trampled on the rights of Americans prior to the Revolution.
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I believe in God, and pray to Him daily. I believe that Jesus Christ is the only begotten son of God, and his example we should follow. Honesty is the best policy. You should not judge your Father's other servant. I believe in the fellowship of the saints, and generally attend Church weekly. I believe that governments are instituted by God, and that generally we should obey the laws of our government.
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and immigration, which of the following best describes you overall?
Moderate
Please provide publicly available information validating your answer to the previous question.
I don't believe the labels of nineteenth century British political parties accurately measure the opinions of twenty-first century Americans. I am a Second Amendment Democrat, a right to life Democrat, and I favor equal rights for racial minorities, religious minorities, and women. I support the Fourteenth Amendment, and the Bill of Rights to the U.S. Constitution.
How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?
I would vote to expand our existing programs of Medicare and Medicaid. We should investigate why the American death rate has increased under Obamacare, and whether the program should be amended.
What role should government play in boosting the economy?
THe government should provide a stable currency, and should open up educational opportunities to help us keep our technological lead.
What changes should be made to the tax code?
We should abolish the tax code amendments of the past year, because the latest "reform" of the tax code benefits millionaires more than ordinary citizens.
What is the best way to bring down unemployment?
We should give better educational opportunities to our children and our workers.
How would you guarantee Social Security benefits for future generations?
We should reduce and eliminate waste in other sections of the government, so that the debt the government owes the Social Security trust fund is reduced.
What education or experience qualifies you to hold the office for which you seek election?
After completing law school, I have been a lawyer for forty two years, all after graduating from Law School, the U.S. NAVAL POSTGRADUATE SCHOOL, and CLEMSON UNIVERSITY, and having been married and helped raise four sons.

Is there anything else you would like voters to know about you?
Being an ordinary person, like most of the voters, before I vote on a House bill, I would ask myself whether my vote benefits ordinary folks like yourselves, and then vote in ways that benefit ordinary folks like yourselves.
